Stopped working after 2 years

Microwave stopped working after 2 years. 2 years isn't very long for a $400 microwave.

Great style with speed

Whatever time you used before forget about it…unless you lower to 60 or 80% power. Saves time and energy. The extra large revolving tray gives so much more room. I bought this model because the description I read somewhere stated that it has a "keep warm" feature, which I needed because of replacing my old double ovens with a single oven. However, nowhere in the user manual is there any reference to a "keep warm feature". I'll have to assume that a low power setting will keep food warm. The only feature we really dislike is...

It works.

It's a microwave - it works. There really isn't much else to say. Nominally, it's a "built in" but seems pretty much like any other microwave to me. It's way overpriced as a microwave - and we only bought it because we wanted it to match our other appliances. BEWARE: The chrome surround in the photo is an optional extra.
