I do a lot of cooking and the stove top is so easy to clean! The oven is great. The unit is very attractive and compliments my kitchen. I love everything about it. This is in the instruction manual. I made sure my pans were clean on the bottom. I use the polish after each use. I chose not to go with the gallery stove since there is not much stainless steel to clean. If you desire less fingerprints this one is not for you. I clean my stove after each use so it doesn’t matter to...
