Appliance customer service was outstanding! The employee of Lowe’s, Sarah, with the appliance department on Main Street in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She was incredible, helpful, kind, everything a customer service rep should be! The delivery man both were courteous and kind. They were very careful not to damage the interior walls when placing the appliances.

It didn’t matter that this brand is not the same as my fridge I love it. Easy to use, fits perfectly in my kitchen and easy to clean. I also purchased the Frigidaire cleaning kit, and a mat to cover the top of the stove to protect it. Thanks for such a good product.

Lowes Installation Sucks!!!
First the person at the pro desk didn't answer and did not return my call after I left a message. Delivery and installation on a range were scheduled between 10:30 and 2:30. I show up at 10:25 and they are pulling out of the driveway. I was able to stop them. But, once inside they say the plug is in the wrong spot and refuse to install. They were looking for a reason not to install from the beginning. VERY disappointed.
