I like the feature of letting me know what the temp is while it is preheating. Although I'm not used to having a hidden lower burner rack. It's not bad, just never had it before. Only negative so far is that the top is so shiny and shows every fingerprint and every speck of dust and every streak.. My old smooth top range was kind of a mat finish and didn't show any of this. Never thought to check this but it was hard because the store did not have this range on display.
