Well, I had 4 toilets with leaking issues. I started out replacing individual pieces and then realized I should have replaced everything. These Flush Valves were the last pieces to fix on 2 of my toilets. They are east to install and include a wrench to help tighten one of the nuts. Great kit with easy to follow instructions and Fluidmaster has online help if you get stuck

Simple repair

This was a no hassle fix. Thanks for the correct part. I did not care for the useless cardboard washer. Yes, I took it back apart, removed it and all was well.

Good Rebuild Kit

Good rebuild kit for a toilet. Adjustable height fill tube is a significant improvement over the OEM version. I now get a full bowl and good flush!

Do Not Buy

I never leave reviews, but I hope this saves someone the trouble that I've had. Long story short, I bought this product because I liked the idea that you can adjust the height of the fill tube. The fill tube is 2 pieces with an o-ring in between. Once installed, water slowly leaks between the 2 pieces, around the o-ring, and drains the tank until the float drops and the toilet refills. installed this a month ago as a maintenance item . the toilet has not stopped running because the flapper won't seal. to late to take back else I certainly would. Very disappointed

Pay attention to packaging

You should pay attention to the packaging on this product, as it can be misleading. In bold letters at the top of the package, it says "UNIVERSAL". The smaller print below states "Tank-to-Bowl Gasket System designed to fit most toilets including Kohler and Gerber". Just a note, buyer beware. I installed this on an Eljer toilet, the tank to bowl connection is sealed but I'm not a fan of how it fit and how it pulled down. I had an older Gerber toilet that was suddenly leaking water from the tank onto the floor every time the toilet was flushed. I diagnosed the problem as a bad tank-to-bowl gasket, but I also found that the old flapper seat was eroded and preventing good closure of the flap valve. Lowes does not sell the original Gerber flap valve assembly for replacement, but did have this universal kit which listed Gerber as one of the toilets it would work with. Missing the refill tube clip.

Only thing missing was a clip to connect the tube from the refill valve.

Works great easy to install

Pretty easy good instructions also watched a YouTube video that made it a lot easier. Toilet is working like a champ now.
