Toilet overfill with flapper valve
Would Not RecommendI did not like that. You had to adjust the flapper valve to get a proper seal. I did not like the rate at which it filled this made it really complicated to get a proper seal and fix my problem. Whatever happened to the flapper valve being flush, no matter what.

Would RecommendKit has very detailed instructions and it is nice that it comes with a wrench for the lock nut. Only negative I had was the flapper was misshapen and leaked. I already had another new flapper and just replaced it. Box was dusty so was probably sitting on a shelf for a while, leading to the deformed valve.

Would RecommendI purchased for 2 piece toilet and it leaked. I fill tank, shut off supply and waited 4-5 hours. There was a small leak into bowl and tank water level was below red flapper. This would mean a leak in black plastic area. I had to purchase a 2nd one and installation with no leaks. Fluid Master shipped next Business day and I was able to return that to Lowes for refund.
