solved the problem. good so far

solved problem of running toilet. Also for whatever reason they dont make a flapper for my american standard toilet anymore and this one is a universal fit. So it solved both problems.

Simply perfect

This is almost too easy to install. Old flapper was old and leaking pretty bad. This one was so easy to install and has completely stopped the leaking. Saved me almost $10 a month on my water bill. I ended up coming back and buying 2 more for the rest of my toilets. 100% happy.

Bad flapper?

Around 12/23/21 I installed this because I had slow, water leak. I had previously installed a new flapper for the same reason but that didn’t stop the leak. After doing my best to clean the flush valve seat, etc. and still having a leak, I decided to try one of these repair kits rather than having to take the tank apart. The kit was just as advertised. Wife used chlorine tablets in toilet tank. Original flapper was sticky and damaged. This is a great product, and it was easy to install!

Read instructions & orient correctly.

Instructions were clear and simple to follow. Pay attention to proper orientation and seal properly and it works great. Been a week or more since installation and no leaks.

Take your time, read all instructions. Worth it!

This product was my last chance before having to replace all of the internal workings of my toilet. I was skeptical but I tried it anyway and I'm so glad I did. It worked without much effort at all. Replacement for 1990’s toilet

Worked well in our older toilet, and you can control the flush water amount to save water.

Product works great as long as you sit it perfectly. Our first try was a failure, but my husband was able to take it off and remold the rubber seal which was a thick play dough consistency.

Did not work as stated, it did not seal, also even though it gives you options for the desired amount of water for flushing it does not taking into considerations that the handle and chain limits where the flapper will be installed leaving that option useless.
