What Customers Are Saying
The product appears to have mixed reviews. Many customers found it easy to install and effective at fixing leaky toilets. However, some reported issues with the adhesive not holding, the flapper being too heavy, and the product not working as advertised. Customers should be aware that while the flapper may be a quick fix, it may not be a long-term solution for all toilet issues.

INSTALL TO CLEAN AND DRY VALVE
Would RecommendOur commode and tank has an old brass proprietary flush valve that holds tank to the commode with one bolt that goes through the middle of the flush valve. The edges of the valve that seal to the flapper are corroded and pitted. I drained the tank, scoured the flapper seal edges with a plastic pot-scouring "scrubby" and dried the brass where the new sticky seal would adhere to with a fan until absolutely dry. Did the job! But it was not as easy as I thought ?
Would RecommendAfter 4 times pressing it it, I finally got it to seal. It took all the effort of two fingers and up on my toes pressing down until after the 4 try, the ghosting stopped! Took off the star because of all the weight I had to put on it to seal. Tip when centering over the old opening, remove the flapper, so you are sure to get it centered, and don't be afraid to apply all the pressure you can to get it to seal properly.
Existing fill valve flange should be clean and dry
Easy to install and seems to have a good seal that adheres very well to existing flush valve

I used some fine steel wool and dried it really well with a hair dryer. the sticky seal went on tight and is not leaking a drip after the first f...
