Bought as a gift for husband. Used right out of package. On the first usage the rope began to shred. Poor quality.

Would Not RecommendI am a gardener and have used a lot of pole pruners. I wonder if these were even field tested. The pole bends easily, and therefore can't cut even very small diameter branches when it is extended. The rope always rubs on itself and on the pulley and creates resistance. Overall, just bad design.

Would Not RecommendBought this last night to replace me worn out Corona pole saw I bought at lowes years ago... to say I'm disappointed is an understatement... the saw is flimsy, the blade is weak... I literally just struggled to cut a 1 inch round diameter branch off my arborvitae.... my old saw was tearing through 5 inch branches with a dull blade 5x better than this one... what a utter piece of crap... so DO NOT RECOMMEND Getting returned this afternoon.

Not so good pruning saw for my needs
This may be good for larger limbs but it isn’t for smaller thinner twigs that are about to become limbs. The blade teeth are too wide for what I needed them to be.

Would Not RecommendThe saw blade has good looking teeth but if your cutting something larger than your pinkie finger, don't bother, it doesn't cut good at all.
Great saw, poor pruner
Would Not RecommendI bought this to cut both large limbs and trim off the smaller limbs and branches. The saw worked great even on the larger branches. However, I am not at all impressed with the pruner. It would not cut through even the smallest of limbs even after multiple rope pulls. I actually thought the blade had a cover on it which it did not. Its just a curved piece of metal but is not sharp. I'll just use the saw for all my trimming and not waste time with the pruner.
