It is GREAT!
Would RecommendI have only used it so far during a light duty task, splitting kindling into smaller pieces for a small camp stove. As a 60 plus year old woman I found it very easy to use, just the right weight, comfortable handle and sharp blade. A nice plus, the blade cover.

Great Light weight hatchet
Would RecommendI love the hatchet. But using it to limb a couple trees I cut down it rolled a few of the edges. It's still sharp but my fiskars axe never did that and I split cords of wood with it. The hatchet started losing its edge a little more than halfway down the tree
