Purchase 2 kits to cover our basement area. Radon kits were ready in no time. The kits are presented as simple assembly and yet the package is well thought out. Support is well noted if you need it. Instruction is well presented. Package needs to be sent out to a lab but turnaround is no more then a week time line. Their is no cost for lab unless you live in New Jersey. Requires more than a stamp to send via USPS.

Just be aware that the post office told me it had to be sent as a parcel which cost a little over $5. It's a small price to know if your home is safe but it caught me by surprise. The directions also seem to suggest that the post office may take too long to meet their processing timeline.

Can NEVER get test results

The website is a pure abomination. Impossible to submit test because: 1) Requires serial number - OK - BUT Serial number on package is in upper case -BUT dare you not enter in upper case as it SHALL BE REJECTED. You MUST enter in lower case - so the website can change it to upper case. Kudos to the confusion department 2) Once successfully entered - you go to an error screen. Kudos to the lack of quality department - see picture! HAVE A NICE DAY
