Not First Alerts fault but when I read "Lab test fee included, no additional fees required" I think most people would believe that there will be no additional costs. However, shipping is not included so you need to go to UPS/FEDEX/USPS to pay for shipping. I guess it is just a semantics game on Lowe's part to not distinguish between a "fee" and a "cost".
