Would Not RecommendThis is a scam. The company that you must send the radon test to does not actually provide results. And DO NOT pay for extra shipping fees because if you ever receive results (I have not) it will definitely not be expedited.

Would RecommendThe test itself is SUPER easy, but there are some steps to prepare the test I wasn't expecting, like registration of the kit and making sure the house is *mostly* closed up through the process.

Would Not RecommendTest is easy to use, setting up isn't. You have numbers that need to be registered so take pictures of the test kit. Save them because you can't get back to the web page without entering it again. YOU HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING. Any where between 12.50 and 35.00 the mailer is an unsealed ( ok its a baggy that only has the push seal so it may fallout) so the UPS store said it has to be repacked, USPS said they will sell me a Priority mailer and the closest Fed X is 40 miles from me so didn't ...

Would Not RecommendI purchased this because it was cheap. Results came back at twice the allowable level. Shortly thereafter I got several offers from Radon Mitigation companies (which obviously made me suspicious). I did a follow-up rest with a more expensive product (double-blind test) that showed we were well under the allowable limits. Moral of the story: you get what you pay for (as far as accuracy).

Im still waiting for results but here are my notes so far. Like many others have noted this does not cover shipping. I did first class mail which cost me about $5 and took 3 days to arrive. Please note its important to track when you started and ended your test. You need dates and times. I left this information off my test sheet thinking it wouldnt matter but got an email they couldnt do anything until I gave them that information. I emailed them back and now awaiting results

Lacking key features
Would Not RecommendThe “ no fees “ is a little misleading when you still have to pay for expedited shipping. Why don’t you get a prepaid package with a link to fill out for return shipping? Having to have the test back within 10 days of completing should be in big bold letters all over everything. Shipping not included, and you can’t make it known that my test won’t be good before I pay to send it?

A little spendy to mail but worth it
Put the test out for 3 days. Mailed it and got results that made my daughter's landlord mad, she's irritated that we found cancer causing issues in her appartment. We received the resultls in less than 2 weeks.
