Would RecommendEasy to install, easy to program. Ridiculously expensive. Docked a star because of the price. Once you click the alarm on the bracket, it will automatically turn on and activate, so be ready to press the button. Also, maybe it's just me, but I think the alarm and voice could be louder.

Only last 10 days instead of 10 years
Would Not RecommendUnit lasted 10 days before it malfunctioned and began chirping 3x every few minutes in the middle of the night. After 30 minutes on hold trying to contact First Alert, they are sending me a replacement. Hope this one is better.

Would Not RecommendThe manufacture date is 2019 Feb 26. I bought two units packaged together and installed them in October of 2020. They should be replaced in 2030. In June of this year (2023) one failed and just yesterday July 24, 2023 the second one failed. I would not recommend these as they are costly and unreliable.
