Generator doesn't work and lowes doesn't take retu
Would Not RecommendBought this generator after a tornado shut power down for a week. The electric start didn't work it wasn't able to run on a new propane tank, when power finally came back on and I went to swap it for a working one lowes said they only take returns on generators for 48hrs with it in the original box. Kinda ridiculous especially in light of a natural disaster
Very easy Setup
Would RecommendPurchased, picked up from Lowe's. Opened box took it out installed wheels and rest stops. put all the oil in wheeled it to back yard where my home plug is. Put gas in it. pushed the start button and it fired right up. plugged it in and the whole house is now working. all this took approx 20 min. Very easy and works awesome.
Sturdy Generator
Would RecommendOverall, this is a great generator. Initial setup/ first use was a little frustrating because instructions didn't say to add the entire bottle of oil (our previous generator took less). Easy to move and comes with a cover.

Yes
Would RecommendHad it since 2020 no issues. Plenty of power to run everything. Have ran 48hrs at one point. Several overnight runs. Added 50A circuit breaker to home, with safety Have Micro-Air EasyStart on HVAC so to run heatpump. Only complaint is the bushed wheels, I replaced them with bearing units, much better roll.

Seems to work well
Would RecommendThe generator was relatively easy to set up. It was connected to our breaker box by a licensed electrician and worked perfectly when tested. However, although it snowed about 2 1/2 inches, the powers never went out and we did not have the opportunity to see how well the generator worked. My one concern was the caution to not operate the generator in wet situations and obviously, that would include snow. We will need to invest in a wet weather cover before this happens again.
