Would Not RecommendBought new and after 48 hrs unit started shutting off. They told us it was voltage bolt and how to fix. Not even 2 weeks later and won't start. Busted valve. Firman said it was abused and refuses to stand by warranty. Do yourself a favor and start with a predator! Have had 2 for 8+mo with ZERO issue

Would Not RecommendThis generator shipped with a faulty starter motor and battery. No matter what we did, we could not get it to start. We followed the instructions, read the manual from cover to cover, even got my neighbor next door who is a mechanic to help us try to get it started. We had this generator delivered the day before q big snow storm, so we got increasingly desperate to figure out how to get it to work, but never were successful. Now, we just want Lowe's to take it back and exchange it for a reliable...

First pull started right up. The only reason this overall review wasn't 5 stars is because of staffing issues. All of the registers are self -checkout, with one bored / annoyed looking person watching, so good luck with assistance there. The service desk had 3 people, but all 3 were with one customer.
