Well, pgh had a major storm that knocked my lights out for almost 5 days. I broke down and brought this, only to set it up and the light company came and fixed the lights. I did try it just to see, but when I plugged up a brand new extension cord to it, there was nothing. A week after the lights came on, I’m trying to put fuel stabilizer in it for storage, and I can’t get it to run so the stabilizer can get into all the right parts per the instructions. The battery was dead so it wouldn’t start with propane so I had to go purchase fuel and pull start it that way. I contacted Lowe’s about the battery but they couldn’t help me unless I bring back the whole generator 1.5 hours away.
