Very good shredder

Our old shredder just stopped working and jamming all the time. The Fellowes shredder does a great job! It is very easy to operate and we really like the ease of emptying the bin.This unit has shred everything we have thrown at it so far!

Excellent product

I do a great deal of shredding and typically burn out a shredder every couple years. I researched to find a great replacement and discovered Fellowes. The controls are easy to use and well located. Docs are shredded into tiny pieces, and the colored lights keep me from jamming my machine. I expect to have a long relationship with my new Fellowes.

Great shredder

We had one for years and it never gave us any trouble..It was drowned in Hurricane Florence and this is a replacement. Perfect for a moderate amount of use...

LOVE IT!

Was given to my mom for Christmas. Everyone loved it. Perfect size, quiet, no need to assemble, other than to add the coasters if you would like to be able to roll it. Shreds credit cards, CD's, staples, great sheet capacity and bin size.

Best shredder for the money.

Shopped several brands on the internet and found this model to review the best for this price range. Another family member had purchased the same model and recommended it to me. My old Royal quit and there were no parts available to fix it.

Terrible experience with Powershred 99Ci

Ten days after delivery of the 99Ci, the machine has become unusable. Although I remove all staples and paper clips, the machine has stopped shredding. Seven days after purchase I was forced to insert no more than four pages or the machine would jam. Next, the shredded paper would not drop into the paper bin causing it stop working, sensing the bin was full. The final straw was on the tenth day when shredding stopped—holes were punched into the paper inserted, not shredded.

99CI is a quality shredder

Smooth and powerful! We don't shred enough to give this machine a work out but we do use this one long enough to overheat a smaller unit.

Second One We Purchased

So happy with the first 99ci when it wore out we ordered another. Only with that the paper bin was larger.

Excellent Value

In my garage there were 7 file boxes containing health insurance records many with my social security number for everyone to see, credit card statements, bank statements and payment records from my employer again with my social security number on them. These records dated back to 2003 and for 15 years I've been dreading disposing of them and unwilling to pay the outrageous price to have a contractor shred them. In one week's time working about 1 hour a day I was able to shred all these documents...

I'm Amazed!

I can't believe how the 99Ci just shreds everything you throw its way! I'm getting into composting so everything is getting shredded for the compost pile. Just did about 20 boxes last night. I'm talking regular and thick corrugated cardboard. It chews right through them. I saw this demonstrated on YouTube video reviews of the 99Ci and now I can confirm that it really works well! Great machine!

replacement of 30 year old Fellows shreader

remarkably quiet. Easy to put in service but needs more details instruction on the insertion of the bag and oil maintenance.

Elementary school

Sturdy. Does exactly what it says it will do! I've shredded the maximum number of pages, a CD, a credit card, and some staples. No jams, no worries. Great product for the money.

Good Solid Shredder

Product and shipping packaging sturdy. Operates quietly and efficiently. Some difficulty in getting casters in when setting up but otherwise trouble-free.

I purchased the 99Ci to replace an old Xerox shredder which stopped working. We needed a shredder which could handle a heavy amount of shredding. We are going through old files which have accumulated over thirty years and clearing many of them out. My wife is a visiting nurse and needs to constantly shred personal and confidential information about the patients she sees. problems with pull out basket

This shredder is quiet and does the job we bought it for good. the only problem we have had so far with it, is the buttons on the pull out basket will not intact and the basket will not go back in properly. We actually had to tape the area so be can get the basket in and out.

Pretty good not great

My spouse and I are cleaning up years of paperwork that our parents accumulated. The shredder was delivered to our front door Sunday after lunch. We had 5 thirty gallon bags of shredded paper by the end of the day. Jammed it a few times and tripped the overheated safety a couple times but quite a load in one day. WOW... Shreds Effortlessly

Always have had a Fellows shredder but this model 99Ci works very quietly and can shred just about anything you put at it. This is definitely a work horse and also at a good price for what it does.
