My best shredder

So far this has been my best shredder the size is perfect for my needs as I use it all day long . I am shocked at how quiet it is the last one I had was so loud I hated to use it. It is the exact shredder I was hoping for.

Awesome New Shredder

My purchase order arrived in less than four days. I received a follow up call from Antonio at least two days before delivery. He confirmed delivery and to fulfill answers to my concerns on the new shredder. Set up on item was easy and a slim structure for assigned space in the office/guest room. This is the second shredder that my family and I have purchased. Thank you Fellowes and Clarity Company.

Wise Selection

I'm sure I must have reviewed 9-10, maybe even 11 different brands of shredders before selecting the Powershred® 99Ci as the workhorse of my paperless office. Although, I do not like having to clamp the bag to the bin. Now, I don't use bags. I compress the shreds in the bin and dump the bin into a larger contractor bag along with mags and other waste. Fellowes is my go to agent for shredders from now on!

Great purchase

Without a doubt the best shredder I have ever had. Replaced a smaller one that jammed with more than a couple of sheets. This has taken everything, is fast and quiet. Large bin is convenient and handy. Should have bought this a long time ago and saved a lot of aggravation.

Big improvement over my last shredder

Like 30 min overheat option and the anti jam feature is a big improvement over my old shredder.

Great for home or small office

I searched many brands for a secure cross cut shredder and found this one within my price range and it's features. Absolutely, the best cross shredder. I have had no issues with my machine and can handle my shredding capacity with ease. I love the jam free feature.

Eats Junk Mail

I should have bought this a long time ago. I had a "home" shredder that did not work well or last long. This Brand tears through junk mail, credit cards, and is much more secure than the strip style shredders. I just plowed through an entire box of junk mail and it was more satisfying than I ever could have imagined. Staples, paper clips, this beast never skipped a beat!

Powershred® 99Ci

We purchased this machine as it was advertised as a SilentShredder and Ultra Quiet. However, it has the same noise level that our older shredder had. there is no way to turn the noise level down. When we asked about this the answer was more or less Oh Well! So if you what something quiet do not purchase this machine. We would give it a zero if possible since the reason for the purchase was the quiet ability

Best One Yet

This is my third, OOPs fourth fellows shredder. The others are still working and one, a PS 75, has got to be over 20 years old and still working fine. I wouldn't have considered another brand.

Quite Shred

This is by far the quitest shredder I have ever own and I've had three in the past 20 years. I love the style and it fit very well under my desk, when it's not getting a workout. And it will get a workout! I have about 70 reams of papers to shred this year. This is a great product to help me acheive a paperless office and lifestyle. Digitize and shred!

Very Pleased

Have already completed today's max shredding and all went so smoothly and very quiet. Product is easy to move around on the castors once I got them installed. Had to use a rubber hammer on two of them. It handled 15 sheets very quietly. Wish the manual had included oiling instructions and had to discover online.

Drawer feels cheap but it does the job

It's solid construction for the shredding but the pull out drawer for the waste feels cheap. So far, its doing the job.

Why didnt I buy this Shredder before

Over the last few years I had purchased a couple of different brands shredders, we never ran a staple or paperclip thru them, and hardly ever shredded more than 2 or 3 sheets of paper, And always emptied them appropatly. A few times I had to manually clean the cutting mechanisms to get them to operate correctly, even thou we tried they both eventually failed catastrophically. thou I have only owned and used our new Fellowes 99CI shredder for a few days , its already apparent that is a higher qua...

Solid Machine

After having bought and returned a "toy" shredder, this one appears to be able to get through a lot of work, and, equally important, has a 9 gallon bin for less frequent cleanout. Seems solid, quiet and reliable.

Cross Cut size was larger than I expected with previous shredder!

Was used to .25" square cross cut. Surprised I have to download manual, but it makes sense. Carriage return in this text box does not work. Since we just received this in the past hour, I have not had time to use every facet, but, so far so good.
