Needed a home shredder glad we bought this one

The shredder does the job its fun to see it swallow up everything you feed it no need to worry about size or thickness of paper it has safeguards against over feeding or thickness. We call it feeding the beast. Downloaded owners manual. It was easy to set up. Like that it has casters so you can wheel/move it to the area that you want to do the shredding. Like sit on the sofa as you feed in the paper.

Great shredder

Haven't had it long, so far it's been a great work horse. Never had a shredder that was so quiet.

Monster Power Shredder ggCi

We are very happy we bought the Fellowes Power Shredder ggCiI I have done many years of shredding and got pretty much done. We are so glad be bought this one. We realize there are many others with the cost of half this price. You get what you buy and that is jamming and over heating. Upgraded my Fellowes Shredder

I've used a Fellowes MS 450-C shredder for years with no problems. I have a home business and needed an upgrade so I purchased a Fellowes 99CI heavy duty shredder. I was impressed with Fellowes before and even more so with this upgrade. The 99CI is more durable, shreds more documents at a time and has a larger waste bin. I probable upgraded more than I should with this shredder, but I know I won't have any problems for a long time. Highly recommended!

Best Shredder Yet

This unit is extremely powerful. It is also quieter than previous Fellowes shredders. It took me 10 years to want to get a new shredder for the office. Yes, we still have the Fellowes shredder that we bought 10 years ago and it still is in service today.

Hard worker

We've had our shredder some 8 years and JUST replaced it with the same model (on/off switch went). We WORKED this little machine shredding box after box of old files. Running it FAR LONGER than the suggest 1/2 hour....and it kept on chugging. The empty drawer is not the most convenient... but it works. We shredded MOSTLY paper, some staples, the occasional credit card/CD and it kept on grinding. We did lube it with shredder lube. Other than leaking a bit on the floor from overzealous filling... ...

Defective out of the box

Very disappointed. The shredder doesn't even power on...I took it out of the box- removed it from the plastic bag, and installed the wheels. I turned on the power switch on the back, and I pressed the power button on the top of the unit. Nothing happened.

Perfect for the Office!

The black and silver design is both sleek and professional. In addition to paper, we have shredded many discs with ease, and have not had any issues or jams. It shreds up to 18 documents at a time and is very quiet for a shredder.

I replaced my old Fellowes shredded (2008). That thing was a work horse and I would have gotten the same thing if they carried it still. This is the 99ci, it is suppose to be an up grade. I didn't like that you have to place the paper down a bit more, but I understand safety in this day and age. It has a nice feel to it and it is fairly heavy. Highly efficient

I love the fact that this shredder will handle 18 sheets of paper at once, and that if crosscuts into small bits. Not only do I use it for shredding junk mail, newspapers, and scrap paper; I also use the shreddings for making compost for the garden.

New Purchase

This shredder is a new purchase for our office. My prior shredder can't hold a candle to this one. I am very satisfied and the product works absolutely wonderful.

Great Shredder

Fellowes make fantastic shredders. Used other brands , but went right back to Fellowes. The Fellowes Powershred 99CI 18 sheet cross-cut Commercial Shredder is a performance machine and does a fantastic job.

Very nice unit, only one problem, that is the shredded paper catch drawer. its not a nice hard plastic like the older models, its a very cheap laminated cardboard with push pins holding it together

Best Shredder highly recommend

This is the second Fellowes shredder we have purchased for our dental practice.We are a paperless office, so every sheet of paper with patient information is scanned in and then shredded. Great warranty too. Fellowes stands by their product.

Latest And Greatess

We recently upgraded from a previous Fellowes shredder that had finally reached the end of its useful life. We decided to spend a little more on a new shredder this time around. When we received our new 99ci , the sturdiness alone made us feel that we made the right choice. The 99Ci is great!!! its the quality shredder that we definitely needed. Its quiet and gets the job done rather quickly. Everyone is excited about the latest member to the team!

Awesome Shredder

This is an awesome shredder. It performs just as advertised. Quality is there. A very smooth operation. I have an older Fellowes shredder, and still working .Over 20 yrs old. Only 1 or 2 pages with this one though!

Review Powershred 99Ci

The product works very well. Granted we have only been using it for two weeks. So far so good. The only thing we did notice was smoke or what appeared to be smoke coming from the location where we put the paper in, but one office worker said it was probably the residue from the shredded paper versus smoke.
