Would RecommendThese screws drive into wood with relative ease party because they are self tapping. I used my 20v cordless drill to drive them into 2x6 ACQ lumber on benches I made for the backyard. The flat head ensures you can drive them flush without digging into the wood. Also, the included drill bit (about 2" long) is designed for these screws.

Works Great
I bought these screws because I needed the length for my project. I pre-drilled the holes in my top board so as not to possibly split them. Screws were easy to install using my driver. They pulled the boards in very tight. A bit pricey but definitely worked.
