Expensive Doesn’t Always Mean Better
Would Not RecommendThis fan was installed a few years back. Both the light and fan have never really worked right. It would sort of worked sometimes and then, finally, not at all. It has basically just been for looks. I am honestly over the fan. But, it is expensive. I FINALLY contacted customer support. Which, by the way, is via email. As expensive as this fan is, I should be able to talk to a live person anytime I want. They said my fan’s receiver and possibly remote are bad. Of course, I waited too lon...

Nice fan, but remote is junk
Would Not RecommendBought fan 2 yrs ago, worked for 7 months...but remote crapped out. Even when new, remote is confusing, unreliable, and speed adjust button wouldn't allow you to adjust predictably. They want $43 for the remote. NOW it's stuck in reverse
