Love this fan

Love this fan.. it’s big enough to fit in our loft area. I’m not sure why so many people are leaving bad reviews about this fan. It’s just time consuming putting it together. Plus I think some of the bad reviews were from weekend warriors that maybe don’t usually put stuff like this together. Light broke quickly; difficult remote

The light broke after only a few years, and it can't be replaced. LEDs should last much longer. It's also super difficult to get it to reverse direction for winter - - there's a button on the remote for it, but you have to do something magic to get it to work

Very quite

Fans were easy to assemble and hang…..operation is easy to understand and they operate very quite

Product faulty with horrible customer service!

I installed this fan in my living room and the remote and receiver would not function correctly. To get it to work the remote would have to be two feet below the unit to get the light and motor to engage. I tried resetting the remote and tested multiple signal channels without success, six in total. I contacted the Fanimation customer service and the turnaround time was awful. 3 -5 days for a response for each individual email message. Two weeks later I received a new remote and receiver. ...

Wonderful fan overall

Perfect for our large living area. Easy to operate. Quite and produces a lot of air. The lighting is great as well Love the white color

I really like the fan, but

I like the design of this fan, but I don't like that I can't just turn on the fan from the fan switch on the wall anymore. Also the light will not dim. I turned on the "buzzer" function so I could hear the beeps and every other button gets a loud beep, but the light dimmer button is silent and nothing happens when it is pressed. I'm contemplating returning it. I really don't want to go through the hastle of taking it down and putting up another one. Ugh

the fan lasted less than 18 months, it doesn't change fan speed and the lighting is terrible.

Never Again... Too many issues...

Let's start with the positive. The hardware is excellent. This fan has an extremely quiet motor, self balancing, and an almost perfect remote. Now for the bad... the instructions are a joke. try to follow this, perform steps 1-3, on step 4 take step 3 back apart. then finish steps 4-5 but wait, to perform step 6 take step 2 apart. this is how it is through out all 13 pages on installation. Pleasantly surprised!

Bought one for the living room to replace an older one with only two speeds, took a while to install being careful but worth it! The wife came home and was shocked how big it was but pleasantly surprised how quiet it was and how much air was moving in the room! She loved it so much we bought another one for our bedroom! Purchased a threaded matte black 12" down pipe for the angled ceiling install and it worked great!

Can barely feel the air

I have this on my back patio, which isnt very large, and you can barely feel the air at all. In addition, the light and fan turn on and off randomly. I would return it for a different one if I hadnt of waited so long!

stuck in winter/reverse mode

could edit past review. took a breather backed off looking at the problem. went back to look again and remembered we had grandchildren stay for a week. one of them likes to grap remotes and phones and give to us. The summer/winter button had been changed so all is good. only problem I have with this fan is the light. it is weak and on full bright it is not much more than a bright night light. Two fans next to each other lights on isn't very bright in a 30'x30' room.

remote stuck in winter mode

Purchased about 3 years ago, installed in livingroom. no it is stuck in winter/reverse mode tried the remote from anothe fan same brand and model. That didn't work. It worked great till it started the reverse thing. Other than trashing and but something else not sure. The light is dim for area, but I have other lights.
