Read the warranty

If you read the warranty, the terms tell you "don't buy this fan." It's that simple. You don't get a new one without mailing the failed fan to them. You don't get a new one if the remote fails. A poorly balanced wobbling fan is considered normal by the manufacturer. Did you think $300 for a large 9 blade fan was really going to cover the quality you get in a more expensive brand???

This is a beautiful, well-functioning fan for large spaces. Perfect for our living area in our new home. Works equally well outside in a covered area - where we had the same fan in our old house. Highly recommend!

Remote is trash

I've experienced the same problem as so many others. The remote worked for a little while, though not consistently, and now it just doesn't work at all. The fan stays on one speed forever now since we can't adjust it, and we can't turn the light on since the remote is the only way to do it. The fan looks great, but stay away as this fan is defective.

On 4 fan

I purchased 2 of them when building my house and 1 had to be switched out with in a month. the other in my living room quit just outside of a yr . it was found to be a bad module I purchased the new 1 and now it's out as well it lasted about 9 months. I'm dun I plan on replacing it with a well-known brand once I find 1 I like . I will not buy this brand again. Can not use with wall switches

Fan works great with remote. We've had it for 2 years, no problems. You cannot use your dual wall switches for fan and light with this fan. You must keep up with the remote.

Best Ceiling Fan in My House!

I ordered it online after having seen a different color version in the store. It has a lot of blades, and otherwise takes some time to install, but it looks great and works like a charm. The numerous long blades move a lot of air.

Very nice celing fan, looks nice, very quite.

Works as expected. I would rather have a 6 or 8 speed fan but none found like this one. Easy install and no balancing needed

The fan came with a faulty part so the installer won't be able to finish my project until the new piece comes in. I do like the design though.

Tricky install, but great fan

The fan itself is wonderful once installed, but the install is a bit rough. There are a lot of wires and not a lot of space to get everything including the remote receiver installed. Possible, but tricky to get everything in there. Once it’s up it is a great fan and the light gets plenty bright.

faulty Receiver

Remote would not pair up with receiver. Had rto return receiver for a new one. Now I have an additional charge to have the electrician install the new one.

Expensive but cheap

Had fan hanging for approx. 3 years. Looks better than it works. Always had to fight with it, speed, rotation, on-off, never knew what was going to happen next. Finally quit working. Not suitable for damp areas IMO.

Lowe's is a joke when it comes to customer service

I have not had this fan installed yet. I paid for the fan and the installation at the same time. I took a half day off of work for the install and the installer didn't show up. Lowe's does not take responsibility for the no-show and only wanted me to reschedule at the same installation price. I spent hours on the phone with the store, the installation team, and customer service trying to get some sort of customer service resolution and for Lowe's to take responsibility for them scheduling my...
