I like my first motion activated faucet

Still get used to motion activated, but it definitely a improvement when you washing your dishes, it is awkward to turn off faucet with a wet hand full of dish soap foam... Also the pull out activation helps a lot when washing big dish or pan.

Looks and works the best

Amazing product. Just installed and it love it already. Worth buying and would recommend for sure.

My wonderful touchless faucet

I bought this 2 years ago, its been great, just a a little problem with the batteries, have had to replace 3 times in a month. I am going to call the great customer care team and see what i need to do to fix. I love my faucet.

Simple installation, cool features.

My wife purchased this item and is really enjoying the motion sensor. I installed it, it is pretty simple to do even if you don't like getting down on the floor. It fit in the old holes just fine. My wife likes the pull down feature as well.

Nice product and excellent water flow, but....

I really like this product, as it was purchased to replace a similar product that had poor water flow. One suggestion is for the directions to better indicate what the "O" ring is by using this terminology on the parts list page. It would also be nice to have an AC adapter option so that batteries do not have to be managed.

Faucet

The faucet is amazing I bought two of them and they work great and has a nice fancy look to it, all my family and friends ask where I bought it because it’s beautiful it also comes with a motion sensor I put one in my bathroom as well and absolutely matches AMAZING.

Nice hands free Features

I just installed this replacing another brand that quit working after just two weeks. Really enjoy the two hands free features!

Manuals are deficient

Inherited this with home purchase. Water flow keeps cutting out. No troubleshooting hints.

Great Features!

I installed this faucet yesterday (8-24-21), very easy to do and the instructions are easy to follow. Since I've been using it, I love the hands-free features, quality, and look. I would recommend this product to others.

Affordable and stylish

I like the pull down to start water running addition to motion sensor. I do not like the head does not have spray lock. It goes back to stream every time water stops.

Great Quality and Features

Just bought this few days ago, and already fell in love with it. It works so smooth and well designed.

Works flawlessly.

The installation was pretty easy and the connections were well designed. I found getting the batteries in the box a little bit difficult but that was my only major flaw. It has worked flawlessly since we intalled it and it makes cooking so much easier when I need to rinse something off real quick. I also like that it has a timeout in case my kids leave it running. You can shut off the eye and return it to a normal faucet if you want or need to which is a huge plus.

love my faucet

i'm loving the features of this faucet. it was pretty straight forward to install with well written instructions. the only fault I could find is that the water connections were about 2" too short, but that was the fault of the plumber who installed the sink.

Best Kitchen Faucet

I ordered my kitchen faucet a couple of weeks ago. It came when promised and it was package really well. Installation was a breeze once I got the old unit off. Love the clean simple lines snd no more nasty faucet to clean because of sticky hands. The pull down feature works really well to clean and rinse dishes and it goes back into place neatly and smoothly every time. Love it!

Great Look, Great Work

Bought this motion sensor for a CA lake house where water is very pricey and hoped the sensor would reduce our water usage. Works great and surprises our guests!

great product

I bought it 3 times for my 3 houses. I so get used it that as soon as I moved into a new house, I need to replace the kitchen faucet with this one. The motion sensor is a great feature that we haven't had any problem activating it, it is also a great feature for the house to be sold quickly

First motion sensor Faucet

This is our first motion sensor faucet. Quite impressed with it so far. It Takes a little getting used to, but, I like it. Pretty easy to install with all the hoses preconnected. (Connecting hoses under the sink isn't easy) Would definitely recommend.

Love, love, love this faucet

Not only does it work very well, it looks great and love the non touch automatically on and off. Please, please make this same faucet in bathroom faucets, I would love this quality in my bathrooms also

Great Motion Sense but Leaks

I have been really pretty pleased with the faucet except for the leaking from the handle. It’s not an overwhelming leak but water leaks cause damage so I am disappointed with the faucets ability to contain the water. You get what it pay for I suppose. If this defect was remedied the faucet would be excellent!
