A well made Great Faucet with so many features

Bought this Faucet a month ago and is very well made, sturdy, elegant, hands free option is a must to have, with great features such as detachable hose and 2 different stream settings. The brushed nickel is beautiful and simple to clean. The shape that it has is very ergonomic. Very recommendedable and its built with great quality products.

This is the second faucet we bought,both broke at the battery box wires came out no way to fix.and the frist one button on the spayer broke .very disappointed

The motion activation is a great idea for saving water when washing dishes and for a quick on/off switch when constantly having to run the water. It can be slightly annoying as it can turn off when you dont intend it too such as in the middle of rinsing dishing. When this happens repeatedly, the slight annoyance turns into medium irritation. Expensive, but Worth it - With 1 Flaw

This isn't the cheapest of IR-activated / touch control faucets, but it's by far the easiest one I have ever installed. The hardest part of the job was removing the existing unit. Mouting hardware makes it a real breeze, and it's a particularly nice touch that hoses are included I the product design, making it super easy to thread them through the mounting hole in the sink and countertop. Love this faucet

I purchased this faucet a couple years back and recently there was an issue with it so I contacted biobidet customer service. They were very nice and very accommodating, and in the end they replaced the faucet with a new one. So glad for this outcome because I love the features and convience of the touchless faucet. Awesome Faucet

I received this Motion activated faucet on November 25, 2022. This product is awesome! Easy to install and works great. So nice not to have to touch the faucet with dirty hands to turn it on. Also, the auto on and off when using the pull down sprayer is very convenient. This is the perfect faucet!

Great faucet for RV Camper SInks!

We bought this faucet for our RV camper sink. The cheap faucet which came with our unit did not extend down into the sink and we constantly got over spray onto the counter. This faucet solved the issue. Unit extends and retracts easily allowing us to use the hose to keep down into the sink thus avoiding the over spray/splashing issue.

Poor quality control

My first unit had an issue with the electronic box. I think the solenoid valve stopped working. Then less than a year later, the faucet head was stuck in the blocked position, which required replacing the entire faucet. The replacement faucet came with a bad check valve. It's been so much work taking the faucet out and replacing it. Great Faucet

We bought the champagne faucet, to replace our builder's kitchen faucet. The champagne color is like gold. This faucet is so much better then our builder's faucet. And, the motion senser is the best!

Amazing Flow

This is a very good product for the price. Not having to touch the handle is awesome because sometimes your hands are dirty and you want motion activated flow.

I purchased this unit last week with a good discount. At first, it looks like installing this faucet is very complicated, but actually it was very easy and after watching an installation video, it took me less than an hour to install it. I hope the battery usage is not too much and I din't need to replace batteries frequently. Overall, I recommend this faucet.

Gr8 replacement, gr8 features, excellent quality

The motion automation works perfectly well in our family, very convenient, easy to use and good looking. We love the feauture of being able to pull the nozzle in/out as needed without using the motion center - extremely convenient for washing dishes and save water.
