Leaks from the handle

Read other reviews about this product, from different sellers, and you'll see that my experience was common. I had a plumber install it, and another plumber check it, and both said it was the faucet that was the problem. And that part was pre-assembled, so it's not like we made an assembly error.

Keeps breaking

Our unit is about 2 years old and I’ve had to fix it at least 4 times.

easy to install

installed this on sep 2020, and was really easy to install for an average guy that do not have much plumbing skills. The only problem I had was the battery did not last long anymore after a year (like something wrong with the sensor or something 0 that, but customer service able to send replacement for free but just the hazzle of remove and reinstall but not that difficult. after replacement, I expect battery last > 3 months to a year.

Nice looking faucet

We received our faucet and installed ourselves easily, it has been working fine since installation.

Convenient

This is very convenient when your hands are full and you don't want to touch the faucet handle. Works well, easy to use. Pull down sprayer is also a convenience, works by just pulling the spray head, neato. Install was straight forward.

Great Faucet

I love this faucet. I was very frustrated by it for a while because I thought it was failing already but I discovered that the weight doesn’t always activate the sensor to shut it off. I love this faucet. Will be replacing it with another BioBidet sensor faucet when it is time.

Amazing Faucet

I bought it because my wife wanted a faucet that had a pull sprayer. Well, and me that had a motion activated as I mostly do work around the house and have my hands dirty. It was very easy to install and works magically. Very easy to understand instructions and if you installed one before this one is a piece of cake and my wife loves it.

Great Product

Just purchased my second Flow Faucet! Love the way it works especially that the water comes on when I pull the head down and how it shuts off when it goes back up! Excellent product well worth the price!

Nice features, deck plate is cheap plastic

Overall, nice faucet. The motion sensor is really good and we like it very much. Quality seems to be good except the deck plate which is not metal. Hence 4 stars.

looks great but did not hold up

Bought one in 8/17 and loved it...for awhile. In about a year and a half it started leaking out of the bottom of the handle. about a month ago the pull down hose started leaking badly. Purchased a replacement and hopefully this one holds up.

Beautifully Packaged for Protection

You know you have a quality product, sometimes by the packaging. Great care was taken to make sure that the faucet is protected from damage. A little better description of the washers would have been nice so that it would be understood which one goes where. No under the sink install is easy but the unit made it easier. We like the way it operates and the appearance. Would recommend.

Best ever from Moen, Kohler etc

I bought this recently after yet several disappointing leaking experiences with Kohler (2) Moen (1) in the last 12 years. It was a very simple install using the instructions literally and the operation is fantastic says my wife and she is very hard to please. No mess, no effort hands free and sink area is bone dry all the time.

Just as good as the big name brands!

Considering we were not in the market for a new kitchen faucet, but unfortunately had to find one quick- this has made a great new upgrade to the kitchen! Looks great, works very well- just as good as other top name brands, but a lot more affordable! It was a surprisingly easy install with step by step instructions. Very happy with this and highly recommend!

Worked fine for a short while and now doesn’t

Purchased this faucet for the hands-free feature and here I am a short time later with a faucet that doesn’t have a hands-free feature. My sensor doesn’t work and replaced all the batteries. The unit pulsates and the sensor blinks repeated on each phase of water pulse. They offer zero troubleshooting info on this in manual or online. For spending that kind of money on a faucet I could’ve went out and bought a manual one if that’s what I thought I was going to end up with after such a short whi...
