Easy installation and works great

Everything was pretty easy to install and it works like a champ. I only wish it had an option to tighten it down a little more. Other than that it does everything that I would hope for.

Hitech faucet

I was skeptical about any touchless faucet. I took a chance with this and let me tell you, best faucet I have ever bought.

Worked Great for 3 Months

Worked flawlessly for first three months and then had to change batteries. Would then turn off and on erratically. Was sent a new black box which did the same thing 1 week later. 2nd response was to reboot the system. Worked for a few hours then back to erratic behavior. 3 inquiry as to how to get refund or replacement was ignored. You be the consumer on this one...

Really Works as Intended

Pleasantly surprised by how well this Bio-Bidet Flow Auto Faucet works. Plus, it’s a thing of beauty to look at, and really does add a modern look to my kitchen’s sink space. Installation took longer than expected, and was a bit of an uncomfortable process, but give yourself some time, read up on all the instructions, and watch the helpful install video.

Excellent product

I bought this because of the motion activated sensor which is what I was looking for. You don't need to touch anything. I love it

Looks and Works Great. Easy to Install.

My kitchen already looks much better with this addition, and it is pretty cool to have a motion sensor faucet.

sensitivity and battery's

My faucet activates between 4 and 5 inches from the sensor, since I have a single sink this does not work out so well when washing pots and pans. The other thing I don't like is the battery pack is hard wired to the unit and I am afraid that one time when I change the batteries I'm going to break the wires I don't know if the wires are secured inside the unit or not. the battery cover gives you a false impression of battery installation otherweise its a good faucet but not good for my single si...

Seriously "Flawed" faucet

From new to require repair in less than a week. Leaky handle turned this purchase into a nightmare. Then, after a strange process and mandatory waiver of product liability, the manufacturer sent a part to be replaced, a cartridge, without instruction on how to replace it. The true name of this product should be "Flaw" for bio-bidet deliberately selling a faulty defective product

Great features and upgraded look!!

I just purchased and installed (easily) the matte black model and what a FANTASTIC upgrade! Certainly opens up the sink area which we were in most need of.

Ingenious!

The Flow faucet provided an upgrade in every important area over the 20 year old fixture it replaced: ease of installation, dry/no drip seals, water saving flow rate, hold button on spray wand, and love/love/love the motion sensing feature!

Elegant look.

Recently, I got the kitchen of my dreams and the flow motion sensor faucet was perfect combination of look and performance. It's was easy to install and it's very accurate to the motion gestures.

Nice Motion sensor; great price

I’m a pretty picky person, but this motion sensor faucet hit my expectations. Upon receiving the faucet, I notice a little notch behind the faucet head, which I normally hate, because it prevents the head from docking flush unless it’s exactly placed in the divot. However. Great Faucet for Modern Home

I've had this faucet for a few months now, and all I can say it's definitely worth the money. The motion sensor technology gives a futuristic tone to your kitchen as well as a modern look. It's a quality faucet that's easy to install and works great! Definitely would recommend and buy again.

Worked great until the “quick connections” leaks

Bought this faucet from Costco. Great deal. Installed it and worked flawlessly. After about 1.5 years, I noticed stuff that was wet under the sink. I investigated and found the water dribbling down the hoses coming from the sensor box with the batteries. Thankfully it’s a slow leak and I placed a bowl to catch the water for the time being. Also noticed that the top quick connection on the box is also wet. Not sure why a “quick connection” is used especially it’s just cheap plastic. A nut would...

Over all quite nice but for one mechanical issue

Bought this about a month ago and quite excited about it - however, the nozzle is lose and keeps rotating to a new found posiition depending on the hose - we would like to use it on the right sink as a standard place but it keeps rotating to the left sink; we adjusted the hose a little bit but it has its own position rather than where you want it to be.

Like the touchless flow

I like having the touch less but it doesn’t have near as much flow coming out as my old faucet. The hose is smaller so less flow.
