I bought it about a month ago and quality is so good, so happy with my new kitchen faucet

Nice addition

We replaced counter tops and sink. I'm glad we chose this faucet! Looks great, allows you to easily turn off and on the water with a touch. I find we use a lot less water now. I did notice that it takes quite a while to reach max temp on hot water for the temp light to turn red. I had to turn up the water heater to 125 to reach 115 at the faucet?

Easy to use and nice features

I love the ability to touch the faucet to turn it on/off without losing the temperature and flow rate settings. I use this feature all the time washing dishes. I do wish it wouldn't happen when I touch the handle though--sometimes when I try to turn the faucet on, the feature triggers and it doesn't turn on. I like the spray shield feature, it seems to work well, though I haven't used it as much.

Perfect for us

We love this Delta faucet. All of our faucets have been Delta so we wanted another Delta for our kitchen remodel. We especially love the temperature indicator light in the base which changes color. In the mornings it takes a while for warm water to reach our kitchen as it is some distance from the hot water heater in the basement. In the past we would run some water and test with our hands. Touch

I love the touch feature. The docking is good also. I’ve only had it for three days, so far so good. Looks great also.

We tried other Major companies faucets and were not satisfied. This is working great and a great savings on water.

Great customer service

We enjoyed our Delta touch faucet for over 2 years and then started having problem. Their customer service was excellent. I explained the problem. They sent the part at no charge. I installed and it's back like new. They have good videos on troubleshooting.

wish I would have purchased the short version

Still trying to get used to how to control water pressure, water temperature and how to keep splashing in the sink. There were two models -- one high and one shorter -- I wish I had purchased the latter.

No Leaks and easy install

Had a great experience with Delta customer support in the past and decided to try a new faucet to replace another Delta that uses 2 holes installation to this single hole and love the touch control. This is also one of the few models that have more color choices and this definitely match my existing fixtures.

Ordered replacement piece and it worked perfectly.

Good with some issues

We chose this faucet because of the touch function. We had had a motion activated one at our other home, which we loved, but if a fly flew over it just right it would turn on and waste water. I thought the touch would solve that issue, which it has. My issue is with the spray shield. It doesn’t seem to work like it shows. It also only runs for a short time and then it cuts off just as the water is getting warm. I wish you could adjust how long the water ran before turning off.

Like the pull down and rinse features .

I bought this in December 2019 by the end of Jan 2020 it needed a new cartridge .I called them up and in about a week it came .I installed it and it works 200% better .I now do not have to look for that sweet spot in order for faucet not to leak or turn on and off repeativly until it finally would stop dripping. This was a replacement for a Moen and I like this a lot better easy to install.

Finally reached the point in my life where I can splurge on frivolous. I love this faucet!! I only gave it a 4 because the stream on the sprayer is a little strong and splashes me and the counter. Best purchase we've made.
