Easy to use and beautiful.

I bought this when I replaced my countertops, and I absolutely love it. The touch feature is so much better than the wave feature on other faucets. Don’t hesitate. Buy it.

Touch feature is a better feature than expected

We ordered this in lieu of replacing a worn part in our original kitchen faucet. Installation was simple with clear directions. Delta warranty is outstanding. I will add voice activation module ain't worth the trouble.

I loved this faucet when we first got it. It was exactly what I was looking for in the kitchen, no more germ covered hands on the faucet and it was working great for the first two months. Then it started shutting off randomly. We replaced the batteries as needed and even with brand new batteries we are still having the issues. Turn the faucet on and it shuts right off. Love this faucet!

We love this faucet! Didnt take long to get used to the convenience of the "touch" feature. Never have to turn the water on with messy hands, just touch faucet with your wrist or back of you hand. However, after being in our new house for less than a year, the touch feature stopped working out of nowhere;the solinoid had to be replaced. I spoke with Delta customer service and was sent the replacement part within a few days. Very easy fix, but and worried how long this one will last.

Flaky features

I really wanted to love this faucet, but it's had a lot of trouble. It looks great and the water pressure and touch-function is fine. It does seem to burn through batteries quickly, but I can live with that. I had it professionally installed, but after a few months the LED stopped working when the water was cold. Doesn’t work

The faucet frequently turns off mid use without touching it and it burns through batteries. When the battery dies the faucet is not able to be used at all, not just the touch feature.

Great look and features

We're happy we chose this faucet for our new home 2 years ago. Delta's warranty is one of the best as they stand 100 percent behind their product.

Beautiful, Quality Made Faucet

I've had this faucet about three months, and it's a beautiful and well made as I expected from Delta. Its only flaw is inconsistency in the touch feature. Most of the time it works as designed, but sometimes the touch feature does not respond, and other times it's way too sensitive. All members of our family have the same experience. At first I considered exchanging the faucet; but overall I like it well enough to put up with this one weakness.

Not What Was Expected

We bought this faucet a month ago and unfortunately the shield spray feature that we paid about $100.00 extra for is simply not what is advertised or promoted. First, the water pressure with the entire faucet is much weaker than our previous faucet which makes it hard to wash food away. Because of that, the shield spray feature doesn't actually provide additional assistance to actually wash food away. I love this faucet! Touch anywhere on the neck or the lever and the water goes on and off. The sprayer head does not turn it on or off, which is wonderful. I got the spotless version and it is! I have been using it for a couple of weeks and I have not had to "clean" it or wipe it down for prints or water stains and we have hard water. I would highly recommend this faucet.
