Touch feature works very well!

Everything about this faucet works very well. The touch on & off feature is really nice! It works 99% of the time, but once and a while it seems to get confused, but overall, we are very happy with this product and would purchase it again.

Love it

We really like the "touch on/off" feature! And it maintains the water temperature for rinsing after washing - not like the previous faucet we had.

Great faucet don’t know how I lived without it.

Delta Faucet Leland Touch

I installed this faucet three days ago and I am still trying to turn it on and off looking for a lever--The hardest part of the project was taking the old faucet off--I read the instructions and everything went smoothly--I am 81 Yrs old and had no problems putting the Faucet together--Works Great--

The Delta touch 2 O does have great features!

We had a Delta touch 2 O where we used to live, bought it when we redid the kitchen, we liked it so much, we had one installed when we redid our counter tops and had a new sink put it, love the new version!

Absolutely love this faucet. We've had it for about six years now, and I can't imagine life without this touch-sensitive faucet. The only complaint we have is that it will occasionally turn on (phantom) by itself--perhaps temperature changes cause this? However it will shut off if left on for more than about a minute. This is a rare occurrence, but does happen from time to time. Otherwise it's phenomenal and has held up. It's a little inconvenient to have to change the batteries under the sink, ...

Don't buy a touch faucet!

Loved it at first. After 6 mos the water doesn't come on 95% of the times you touch it. Called Delta, they knew exactly what I was dealing with, it's common. They sent me a new solenoid but I need to pay a plumber to come back & switch them out so instead of wasting more $ to eventually end up with the same result, the plumber said he can disconnect the touch feature and just have it work as a regular faucet.. Easy to use…easy to install

My wife and I remodelled our kitchen and went with a Delta combo of sink and faucet. The day arrived for the counter installation and sink was installed with no issues. Next day was the faucet. After watching the installation video, took me 30 minutes (with able assistance from my wife) and everything was done. No leaks, no issues…..

Nothing but trouble

After fighting with this very expensive over-priced faucet for 8 months we finally gave up and purchased a different one to replace it. It worked ok for the first couple of months then nothing but trouble after that. First it stopped turning on by touch 75% of time then it just stopped turning on all together.

MagnaTite Docking Magnet Rusted Out

I have had the very same problem with my Delta9178T-AR-DST Kitchen Faucet as Brian explains below. The docking magnet rusted out after about 4 years of use. The spray head just hangs down a bit. Excellent faucet

Great faucet!! The touch feature even works with dishwashing gloves on if you touch close to the base. The spot shield finish is really nice. It stays clean and their are no water spots on it. I hate to say this but I think it was worth the price I paid for it.

Touch Activation!

Really nice faucet. Delta quality, of course. Pull out spray head with standard spray and splatter-free jet spray are great. But the star of the show for me is Touch Activation. Tap on/tap off. Distinguished between tap and grab. This is my first faucet with this feature. I'll never buy another without it.

Works, but I have total buyers remorse

After moving into a home, it was decided that we would replace the kitchen faucet. Thinking it would be a good idea to have something you could touch to turn on and off. After having some power outages this past winter, we found out that the solenoid doesn't work unless there is power in the faucet, so I had to find batteries to put into the battery holder to get the faucet to work. There is also a timer that shuts the faucet off after some time. Which is incredibly frustrating if you are fillin...
