Glad to have a Delta faucet again

When we had our kitchen redone in a previous condo, we opted for a Delta with Touch2O technology. We loved it, and everyone who saw it was impressed. Always wanted a touch faucet and when it came time to get a new one we splurged! So glad we did! Love this faucet, highly recommend!

Best kitchen faucet ever

We have been through several faucets, that only get boiling hot or cold. Or will not turn off and drip. This faucet is awesome! You simply touch it anywhere and it turns on or off. Hands dirty, use the back of your hand. we love it!

Disappointing flow rate

I love the look and function of this faucet, all except for the flow rate. The flow rate is not as advertised. I have a newer home with good water pressure. I had no complaints with our last Delta faucet, but this one has a noticeably decreased flow rate. In a marked bucket I’m getting just over 4.5 quarts per minute which translates to about 1.2 gallons instead of the 1.8 advertised. This is very disappointing to me.

Easy installation

Love the touch part of the faucet with the temperature indicator light. No more burning my hands. Well built and easy to install.

Well made

Renovating my own Kitchen and wanted to upgrade existing sink faucet. Have been using it for a month now and enjoying the Touch and ShieldSpray Technologies. Using the Touch feature with the back of my hands, so as not to get any dirt or other on the handle, is great. I would recommend this product.

Touch Model issue

I love the touch model but at times my faucet doesn't respond or requires a hard hit to respond.

Works GREAT!

My family loves this faucet, it is beautiful and the touch has been working really well. It should be professionally installed by a plumber familiar with touch products to get the best performance. I wish we had gotten this faucet months ago!

Works very well, easy to install.

I have had this just under 1 year and it was worked very well until the Touch2O solenoid failed. Thankfully, Delta has a 5 yr warranty on electrical parts. Would hope the average life of this part is better than 1 yr, which prompted the 4 stars. Assuming mine is not common, it would be a 5 star product!

Very happy, love the functionality

Very happy with this faucet so far! Easy install and excellent functionality. I bought this because I had an older Delta faucet. As i hoped all connections of the new model worked with the previous model. Have to say the shieldspray function leaves a bit to be desired. But the touch technology is great.

Great Faucet, Easy to install

I Like the touch sensitivity; The hose was barely flexible for my under cabinet counter top sink. My suggestion will be to make flexible hose like other competitors

This faucet is awesome.

This faucet looks great in our kitchen. It is no too large and overtakes the kitchen sink area, but it is fully functional. I like the the finish doesn't really show any spots. After 6 years of faucet ownership I had to replace a the magnet and the water cartridge. However Delta replaced both items free of charge. It's nice to see a company actually stand behind their product warranty.

Great faucet

I bought this a month ago and it is everything it says. The touch on off is so nice. You don't have to keep adjusting the temp when you are doing things in kitchen and only need to turn off water to conserve. Would totally buy again. Looks so good in my kitchen and have gotten many compliments

Great Features! Nice Style!

Really nice faucet! I love the touch control and the spray shield feature is wonderful as well. It is definitely pricey, but you are getting great quality, amazing features and high dependability. So far, I am very happy with it!!

Great Faucet

I purchased this Delta Faucet after extensive research on quality, price, functionality, and customer service. After 3 weeks of use, it is an awesome product. Unfortunately, I did have to contact customer service as the valve assembly was leaking and dripping on my counter. I submitted a help ticket to the company and without any further requirements, Delta mailed me a new valve assembly, I installed it and have not had another problem. Delta is a great company with excellent support!

Love the Touch2O

Had it a few weeks now and really like the touch feature. We bought it in spite of apparently some touch feature problems, so long term use will tell whether we did good or not. For now, it is a delight, and we trust Delta. It is our go-to choice.
