Love, Love, Love It!!

The price was right and the product works beautifully. Having three different ways to use the sprayer function is a real benefit. All you have to do is tap the faucet and the water turns on it’s so nice.

Excellent

Easy installation for me, a first time DIYer. The Delta team's YouTube video for the install was very helpful. With a little care and finesse my old faucet hardware came right off and this Delta was a great replacement! Very happy with the look, arctic stainless finish that matches my stainless appliances, and touch and temp sensor.

Very nice, elegant and functions beautifully!

Just got this and had a professional install, worth the extra money to do that. Faucet is great! Word of caution, be sure the sensor wire is free of contact to anything but where it is supposed to be connected. The plumber accidentally left it wrapped around one of the water supply lines and it kept turning on and off by itself. Once it was corrected, it works beautifully!

Disappointing

We are disappointed in the preformance of the faucet we purchased . We have already experienced having to carry water to the sink because the faucet would not work !

Fun to use

Sometimes I still forget and turn off the faucet with the handle but I just love the features of this product. It almost makes washing dishes fun!

Works well so far

I installed the faucet about a week ago (7/24/2020) and it is working well. The install was fairly easy except for squeezing into the undersink cabinet. We bought the faucet for our new counter top and under mounted sink. We like to one touch feature. The instructions say it is not supposed to come on when the faucet is grabbed to move it, but it does come on.

The features, quality, usefulness and reasonable price make this faucet Amazing! We truly wouldn’t write a review like this unless it really warranted it—-it DOES. The temperature light and tap on/off features have truly spoiled us. Great innovations!

One touch is great!!

I have had the one touch for 5 years now and absolutely love it! It always works like magic. Like anything else, it requires a little maintenance such as replacing the batteries (for the touch) maybe once per year and replacing the magnet (on the pull out sprayer which Delta will send you for free and is easy to replace) twice.

Great Faucet

I love the look of the new faucet, and the touch on/off feature is life changing. I LOVE it! The only two drawbacks are that the faucet has really strong pressure, so water is always being sprayed everywhere onto the counter. We can adjust the flow by moving the handle, but I don't like how small the stream gets when I do that. The other thing is the shield feature. I thought it was not supposed to spray too hard and splash, but it still does. It's nothing I can't handle, though.

We purchased this to replace another Delta Touch20. We love this technology and would never go back! The auto off feature is great with busy household with kids. The new spray head options are great.

Touch Kitchen Faucet

With this purchase every faucet and shower in our house is made by Delta. We have Touch faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms and temperature controlled faucets in the baths. We love them all and have no issues. When we have questions we call Delta and their staff is very friendly and responsive.

Beautiful update to our previous model!

We recently updated our kitchen and decided to go ahead and replace our old 3 hole Leland faucet with the new 2 hole model. So glad we did! While I expected the touch option to be unnecessary, we love it and use it consistently. We will continue to be loyal Delta users!

A faucet you love to touch
