Solenoid Issue

The faucet would not work at all after several hours. The instructions were inadequate.

Worst faucet I ever bought

Bought the 9178 DST it has very little water flow from it . All water lines were flushed. I would never recommend this faucet to anyone.

Strong stream

This Delta faucet has a very strong stream button which I love and it is somewhat easy to install. I live in CA so the water pressure is meh without twirling.

Smooth Handle Great Hidden Sprayer

This Kitchen faucet looks sleek and has a smooth feel. Easy to adjust water temp with just slight effort. Sprayer is buikt into head and works like a champ.

Nice looking faucet, but problems

I have owned this faucet for about a year, and while it looks nice and seems to operate just fine, it is extremely difficult to get it in the off position where it will not drip. It has a tiny little spot where it doesn’t drip. We have weekend guests at our house and they commented how difficult it is to turn off the kitchen faucet without it dripping. Big and Bulky

I was looking for oil rubbed bronze with brass. This had copper undertone. Did not match cabinet pulls. Returned for refund

Easy installation

Installation of faucet was easy. No leaks and everything worked the first time. Our first Delta faucet. Will invest in other Delta offerings going forward.

Love the looks and how it has spray and the water shield feature.

Great water pressure.

I love the look and ease of use. Has great water pressure and the pull down spray is awesome. I have not totally got the hang of the water shield yet. Would recommend this to anyone replacing there facet.

The quality of the Delta faucet is above others

Love the Delta faucet! Being in a wheelchair, the handle and nozzle are best for me to reach them.

Loving my faucet

I have been looking at the touch faucets for about 3 months. Looking at reviews and seeing which one is the best. I got it. Thank you Delta. It's the little things for me.

Does not last

Got with our new construction house. After 1 year it was hard to use the handle. Started to bind and also had to find the sweet spot to get water to stop dripping.

We Loved This But…..

We absolutely loved this faucet - but 14 months in and it started to fail. We replaced the batteries, did a reset, now it barely comes on - there is no pressure, We checked all the things it could be to no avail so we had to put it back into manual mode. I read this on other reviews prior to purchasing but thought we’d get lucky. I should have known better.

LELAND 9178-SS-DST

Thank goodness for the lifetime warranty. I have had mine for about 10 years. After about 5 years the cartridge had to be replaced. A couple of years after that I started having problems with the nozzle button. It finally reached a point where it required massive effort to switch between spray and stream. That is when I called and asked for a replacement nozzle.

9178-DST Faucet leaking

Bought this faucet because of the 'sprayshield' feature. Installed it about 8 months ago. It started to leak about 2 months ago and is getting progressively worse. For a kitchen faucet to be leaking in so short a time is totally unacceptable. P.S. I'm a retired retired mechanical engineer, so I know what I'm talking about.

Not happy with this faucet

This faucet is very difficult to get the water to turn off. The handle has to be in the exact right position or the faucet drips. Now, the head of the faucet is having issues and the water flow is not coming out as strongly as it should be. It is also difficult to get the water temperature correct. I would have returned it if it wasn't so difficult to install.
