Great Style & Performance

Bought this kitchen faucet to replace a 23 year old Kohler. We chose the Delta Leland because of the style-especially the large handle for my husband who has big hands and the Shield Spray which concentrates the spray on dishes that you rinse. My husband installed this faucet. I would definitely recommend the Leland. It is a wonderful addition to our kitchen.

Fits with our decor...love the spotless stainless

Looks greatnand operates as expected. The recertification store is now my go to for sink and shower supplies. Instructions need to be modified...no mention. Of the blue clip on the diffuser hose. I found out the hard way it was not a snap tight lock.

we previously bought one four years ago and it did.t shut off . called and told them about the problem they replaced it with a new one.

Nice Faucet

I bought this early this year; had it installed by a plumber. Works well and is convenient, but now and then it will go on or go off when my hand gets very close to the faucet but does not touch it. That can be annoying and wet. I would like it looked at but am not interested in another large bill. Faucet was expensive, as was the installation.

But I don't like it for simple fact evrytime I go to use it buttons stick when switching through them

Love The Look

I replaced my old Delta Leland Kitchen Faucet with this new one. I like the look of the new one. It looks special. It took me a little time to figure out how it worked because the stream of water is different. I wish it would not get water spots on it so easily if you do not wipe of the drops right away it leaves spots on it.

Great faucet. Poor instructions.

We really like the faucet and its features; however, the installation instructions were confusing and inadequate, even for my husband who is quite handy.

damaged cartridge

Had sink and faucet installed by plumber. Faucet had to hit a certain spot when turned off or would leak. Called Delta and they said it is a defective cartridge and they would send me a new one. I do not feel I should bear the expense of installing the cartridge as they sold a defective product and this was bad since it was installed.

Good purchase

I purchased my home in 2016 and it has been more than (6) years and no issues with the original Delta Faucet (9178-AR-DST)! Only recently, the faucet started leaking but since the faucet (9178-AR-DST) has lifetime parts replacement I know I can get the replacement parts at no ($0) additional cost #EASYfix

Easy install, looks and works great

I bought this several months ago and was waiting for new countertops and sink to be installed. Worth waiting for! I’m impressed with the smooth finish and operation of all the spray features.
