Worthwhile purchase

Product looks sharp and installation difficulty was within expectations. I did use You Tube videos to understand the details of installation as the instructions alone were not sufficient. Would appreciate a larger font size for instructions. Also, you need to have the proper tools, especially for under basin work.

2nd one and also JUNK!!!

The second Leland and it's JUNK just like the first oneIt is very difficult to get this faucet in the exact position where it doesn't drip. There are many reviews saying the same, and I am frankly baffled that there are so many 5 star reviews as well. Delta's response is to engage in a lengthy process to flush out the hot and cold lines. Not a happy Delta customer

I've had this faucet for almost 3 years. I had to replace the DIAMOND Seal handle cartridge in October of 2022. I need to replace it again, Adjusting the water temperature is impossible and very frustrating with this faucet. It's either screaming hot, or not hot enough. I am seriously considering replacing it altogether.

I can't speak to quality since it won't be installed for months, but the price was better the plumbers cost at plumbing supply house.

Looks great, not happy with shut off

I purchased Delta - 9178-SP-DST three years ago and while it still looks great, it constantly needs the Cartridge - DIAMOND™ Valve - 1H replaced. Thankfully the company sent me three replacements. But very unhappy to have to keep installing the part every year. Thankfully my neighbor is a contractor. Looks like I have to call and ask for more cartridges again. Maybe I got a lemon?!

FAUCET DRIPS

I had this faucet delivered on August 6, 2023, installed by Lowes plumbing contractor in September 2023. The faucet drips unless the handle is moved to an exact position. I read many reviews where customers have had the exact same issue. I would not buy this faucet.

Product is as described and pictured. The single-hole install was as expected and requires two people (one to hold the faucet in place due to its top heaviness, and the other to climb under the sink to tighten it down). Works as expected and looks great.

The spray feature is different than the same one that I had previously, but overall it is very nice and easy to use.
