Red is hot, Blue is cold

Once installed it was apparent that the hot and cold water lines were mismarked. It required the lines to be repositioned. Not a happy experience for the cost of the product.

Great Faucet

I just bought this faucet after reviewing many. I’m glad I picked it, easy to install and the perfect size. Here’s hoping it lasts for many years like other Delta faucets I have had.

Faucet developed a leak. called delta service. Rep was very helpful and sent us the right part free of charge. Part arrived as scheduled and faucet is now working like new.

I love the Touch 20 feature!

We've had our faucet installed 2 weeks now, and I love it! I love the Touch feature. When someone doesn't use the touch feature, then it messes you up the next time you want it on, so you need to train everyone in the house! I also like the pull down sprayer and how it clips back in so well. I am very happy with my purchase!

Average At Best

We have had trouble with the faucet coming loose from the counter, the cartridge in the handle sticks making it difficult to use & the shut off area is so tight that it takes a bit to make sure its not dripping. I gave it 3 stars for excellent customer service follow up trying to help fix the issues. Faucet itself is more like 2 stars.

Wonderful finish and easy to install.

Installed this unit about two weeks ago and I consider myself a novice plumber ( Like, I know how to turn the water on and off ). The one issue I had to figure out was after flushing the lines I had very low water flow on the "Hot" side. I ended up watching a youtube video and learned how to take the unit handle apart. I found what I'll describe as small black rubber chunks lodged in the hot water side. I used a toothpick to pry them out ( about 5-6 of them) and put the handle back together. The...

Good features

I like it but it’s very expensive, I might have overpaid

Simple, but yet elegant

I bought this right before the covid 19 pandemic and wait til last week to have it installed. I am beyond happy. It’s not only beautiful and elegant, it’s extremely functional.

Love it!!

I had it installed this week and love it. First of all it looks beautiful. I really like the spray choices on the hose. The shield spray setting rinses dishes well without splashing water everywhere.

Like the design

Bought this faucet because the other one gave out. Like the heighth of the faucet and the pull down nozzle!

Hot/Cold control

When using the faucet at low flow it is next to impossible to adjust the handle to a position that provides warm water. The setting between scalding hot and cold is negligible. I’ve marked the valve body with an adjacent mark on the handle in what should be a neutral position. In this position at one point the water is cold, and in a second use the water is scalding.

Looks good, but drips no matter how it is adjusted. Not Delta quality.
