Poor design/ quality

Handheld falls off pretty easily. Hardly any water pressure. Going to put it in our spare bathroom and get us one that works better and probably cheaper than we paid for this. I think it comes down to your personal preference.

purchased this for the various sprays but when putting it up the hand held shower head would not stay in place in the middle of it so could only imagine how it would have reacted with the force of water. the hose was one of the worse for hardness. took this back to store before even fastening it on tight.

Kind of wobbly once it was installed. Just not happy with quality. Will be returning...

Great flexibility and pressure!

The ability to change spray patterns and use as a hand held unit is super if only cleaning the tub/shower. Multiple spray selections to suit the day whether you want a light rain or a light massage from your shower made it the perfect purchase for me. Easy installation was a bonus!

Good shower upgrade

I bought to replace an older shower head. This one gave me more coverage and good pressure. The shower head doesn't stay in place very well without really cinching down the fastener.

Trash

Cord takes of most of the bath, hand held will not stay in slot. Don't waste you money. I purchased because of delta's name. I will reconsider ever purchasing another delta.

Just a few small things

Still give this a product a 5 stars but the hand wand does not fit vary well and is a little loose and watch out if you use just one thing (halo or hand wand) the pressure will triple and catch you off guard All in all great product for the money

Not Bad - Not Great

I expected more from a Delta Brand product. PROS: Appearance, ease of twist for selector valve, decent spray pattern. CONS: All plastic, very stiff wand hose; limited adjustment', price. ADVICE: Use plenty of plumbing tape

Don't waste your money!!!

This is probably the worst shower head I have ever purchased. The water spray is terrible, NO water pressure! Don't waste your money like I did. Had to replace it in 3 days, I was so unhappy with it.

Hand held shower head

I just needed to replace the flexible hose and it was a better deal to buy the whole set rather than just the hose. Replacing the hose fixed a small leak.

Not user friendly

The hose for the detachable shower head is not at all flexible. When space is at a premium in the shower you want the hose to lay flat and not assault you while showering. Poor design. You don't know about it until it's unboxed.

'Meh'

Other reviews hit it on the nail - while this product has a nice design and gets the job done, there are a few flaws that really affect its value: 1) The hose is plastic and awkward, not very flexible and doesn't hang very well 2) The parts are mostly plastic, which means it probably wont be lasting too long 3) The water pressure is quite low when dispersed between the showerhead and hand shower 4) The pivot ball for the showerhead isn't very tight, and since the hand shower is connected right ...

Good for the price

We bought this product 2 1/2 years ago. Within 1 year the hand shower would not lock into the cradle. A few months later it fell and the tab broke that turns the spray adjuster. I came across the receipt and warranty info recently. Delta/Peerless was accommodating and is sending out new parts. Other than the above we have had no major issues, the unit functions well. Great shower head. Easy to install.

Lowe's is my 1st go to store for anything home or hobby related. We are always pleasantly surprised at all Lowe's carries.

Showerhead

It doesn't have any power for massaging and rinsing. I will be returning this soon.

Shower head smells

I purchased and installed. All went well until we noticed that the shower head unit had, and still has, a "skunk" odor. I thought it might be from the packaging but it has not gone away. I'm not happy!

Shower head

The shower stream is what we have been looking for with this shower head. We also can give the dogs a happier bath with the removable hand held section. Once again, Lowe's close proximity and good products make household repairs easier.

Not that great

Water pressure wasn't that great and I couldn't get it to stop leaking.

It is OK

it is OK! I think it is a little to much Plastic they way they make it look like it is Chrome is good though. I may have not been fair on this survey with my lower pressure of water it is not as good as it could be I think. If I had to I would probably buy it again
