Warranty with DELTA is awesome

bought this because we needed new one and it worked great from Nov.2014 till May 2015 I called the # and they ask when I installed it and what problem was ? I explained the swivel part of the shower head was leaking,So they said we will send new one ,3 days later I received a brand new faucet complete THANK YOU DELTA !!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect for my needs

Very cool design, High quality components, Easy installation, Works perfectly. I like the handheld being integrated into the shower head… Makes for a more compact product.

Showerhead

Not a good buy for the money. The hand held part of the showerhead falls out of the center easily. Poor design.

2 in one shower head

Love this shower head. We were not sure about it when we bought it, we were pleasantly surprised!!

Returning it

This showerhead was returned by it's previous owner. Now we know why. It's a terrible showerhead. It leaks everywhere. I really wanted something like this, but our original showerhead is back on, working perfectly and we are done looking for a new one. Very very disappointed

not bad

I was advised against it by a friend. Price was right so I took a chance. Easy install, great function. Very happy with the product. I wouldn't use it for commercial application but it's really nice for home use.

Just a showerhead.

There's nothing wrong with the product....but there's nothing super special about it either. I was looking for more power and a really great spray. While it works, it's no more enjoyable experience to shower with this head than the builder grade one that we had.

The Perfect Showerhead

My wife bought it and told me what she paid I wasn't expecting much, but it is great. A strong full flow, you can change from just the wand to just the head to both and also adjust the wand pattern. Very easy to install (my wife installed), looks great and 1 more time, a fantastic flow. We are both very happy with it.

AWESOME SPRAYER

When there are two of you wanting to shower at the same time, this wand combo is a ideal. Two can shower and each have a water source. Easy to uuse and have several spry patters as well. My wife loves it and so do I.

I like this shower head. My husband does not. The control for the outer circle does shut off like you think it should. The water pressure coming out of the center is nice.

Awesome showerhead...

This shower head is like having one of the "rain" shower heads, with the variety of the handheld. When this was purchased, did not realize what a great shower head it would be!!

works well for guest and my dog

I installed this in my guest bathroom, which only gets used by guest a few times a year. My dog on the other hand gets a bath weekly. The dog really loves it. She gives me the "ahh that feels good look". It was super easy to install and it doesn't leak ( like my last one did).

A very good buy for the money.

The water supply to the wand is very rigid and unmanageable unless you get very physical trying to straighten it out as it has been very tightly coiled in the package. This is our second purchase of this same product and it will relax a bit after warm or hot water is run through it.

shower head for basement bath

Just what we needed for a little used basement shower. Only thing I'd change is the hose, which is very stiff and tends to not hang straight. The spray pattern is good, the handheld portion will be handy for dog baths and grandkids.

Good showerhead, easy installation

Bought this about two weeks ago. Installation was very easy - I didn't even have to use tools! Harder to get out of the package than install. Spray is great, flow is adequate. Wish it had a massage setting, but how often do you really use that? Well, sometimes.... As far as the design, the design of how to keep the handheld in the ring takes a little getting used to (gets better after the hose relaxes). I also was a little disappointed that the silver doesn't go around to the back of the showerh...
