Very relaxing

We love this shower head! My college age boys want to showerin our bathroom now instead of thier own! Very relaxing to sit on shower bench and have the different sprays going. Love it. Very easy install.

No adjustment for spray angle

Love delta products. But opening the box the mount to the wall pipe was fixed with no adjustment. Took iback. t

Junk with missing parts

I got this for the kids bathroom as an upgrade. I opened it up and only had 1 out of the O rings it should have had. I swapped O rings from their old unit to test this out and the performance was fairly pitiful. 2 of the settings the showerhead barely even dribbled out. The higher pressure settings were very lack luster compared to their old unit.

Great shower head

Easy to install, took less than 10 minutes, would recommend soaking the hose in hot water ( Not Boiling) to straighten it out before installing. It's curled in the box and kinda keeps the shape.

Could Be Better

The reason for 2 stars: Bump/Move hose and handheld shower head falls. Other than that it works great!

Great Product

When I saw the hose, I thought cheap plastic, but after I used it, I wondered why I ever bought the stiff metal hoses. This is so great because I can adjust the hand held and the large shower head. Also, can use either one separately or together. I love it!!!

First Unit Defective

Please make certain that you check all of the parts in the box at the store, as my wife and I had to return to Lowes due to a defective swivel ball part that was lose. Just as it is wise to check your pizza that you are picking up at a restaurant! Every good wish and blessing!!!

Difficult to set

This shower heads hand wand is very difficult to set into its bracket in the shower head. It takes two hands and if they are soapy, it is almost impossible. The hose is very stiff and does not hang well.

I was very disappointed with the showerhead, first because it was mostly plastic, second because the hose is not at all flexible, even after repeated use. My third issue was that it was very difficult to secure the hand held portion into the holder. But, I am essentially pretty lazy, and since I installed it and threw away the packaging, I figured I was just go with it, even though I was disappointed. But then, that darn hand held portion just seem to jump out of the holder while I was show...

Not worth it

I absolutely cannot stand this showerhead. while it looked good and water pressure was okay, the handheld doesn't stay in place anymore after about a months use. also was very sensitive if bumped and kept falling off while bathing my children. and last but not least, using a shower caddy is next to impossible. I would definitely steer clear of this one.

Leaks!

I'm so disappointed in this shower head. It leaked from the first. Took it off, adjusted the washers, hand tightened, put the plumber's tape on and the darn thing still leaked. I guess you get what you pay for. I'm returning it.

Excellent pressure and ease of use. Love this shower head combo!

Great consistent shower head

We bought this to replace our old one we got when we renovated our bathroom. I like that the hose is longer so I can hose off my dogs when they get dirty. And the two different heads to use are nice when you're wanting something different. The pressure works well with it. The finish is nice too, went well with all the other brushed nickel finishes in the bathroom.

Hose 2 stiff

We bought this shower head on a Thursday and took it back the next day because the hose is way to stiff. The shower head itself seemed ok.

Hard to Stay Put

While the showerhead and hand unit work fine, it is very difficult to place the hand unit into the showerhead and get it to stay in place.

Preforms as advertised

Easy to install. Looks great. Works great. The only let down is it's entirely made of plastic.
