Dual Shower Head

I do not like this particular shower head. It is unhandy to reach up for me to turn it on so both showers work at the same time. I would not have bought it if I knew how it actually worked.

Good product for the money

Easy to install and use. Can be used as fixed head or handheld shower.

Works awesome

I had to replace three showerheads before I decided to purchase this one since it is so expensive. I always thought a showerhead is a showerhead. Not the case. I feel refreshed after the shower. Feeling rinsed immediately is something I had not known for using cheap equipment. Buy this and never regret it. The plastic hose can be cumbersome but if you make sure the hose is using the natural twist it has, then be sure to screw on the extension in a way that keeps the hose close to the wall ...

Do not waste your time

This was ridiculous looking. The hose does not hang down like you would assume it would. It's all kinked and sticks out taking up half my shower! I have no idea how this product ever made it past any sort of quality assurance checks. Really annoying to hook it up and to now have to undo it all and return it. Don't waste your time or money on this.

Worked Great

I bought this to use because I was having foot surgery and thought it would be handy to sit and shower with the hand held...I had read other reviews that said the hand held would not stay in place when put back on the shower head. After my foot got well I decided just to keep this in my shower.....I FOUND THE HAND HELD NEEDS TO SNAP INTO PLACE....then it doesn't fall off....the hand held will rest precariously on the shower head when just set in the grooves...but a little more downward pressure ...

Loved the features but the design is flawed

The unit leaks at the pivot joint and it seems very loose. The cord is stiff causing the main unit to turn to an awkward angle. The hand held unit is difficult to get to stay hooked in and falls out. I do not recommend this

Good for the price

Like the design and the settings for water flow. Easy to install and the price was right. The only problem I have is the center spray is a little hard to lift out. If you lift up you must hold the top of the wide shower head to snap it out. Think you should be able to lift out with one hand.

I just installed this last night. The main shower head works ok but water leaks at the hose connection and the water barely even trickles out of the hand held device. I thought I was buying the higher end option since it was priced way higher. I was wrong.

Nice features

I like the features of this product. However the only beef I have with it is the stiff hand held hose.

Best shower head

This is the 8th one we have installed. We put them in our house, then moved and put them in our new house and in our daughters house and our rent house.

Works great but plastic has a strong smell

We bought this to replace our previous delta that lasted for a long time. The product itself is excellent and has great features but the plastic around the hose is very stiff and has a very strong (plastic) odor. I was trying to give it time to wear off but it's been about 2 months now and the smell is still overpowering. It's in our main bathroom and a bit of an embarrassment when we have guests over. I plan to replace it soon, we have lived with the smell for long enough. Hope to find a simila...

Better than what I had

The only thing I would say need improvment is the way the shower head can not be tightened and by this is mean the way it reacts when you hang it up there is no way to keep it front spraying on the bottom of the shower it just kinda flops.

Delta shower head

Love the brushed nickle and style but we get very little water pressure which makes it non appealing.
