Would RecommendIt worked exactly as specified on the label description. If you follow their directions, you can't go wrong. I used this to patch a hole in the back of an old chimney to a residential home. (vertical patch, near the ground). There were already slabs of concrete inserted to help fill in voids. I used expanding foam (the simple cans you can buy at home improvement stores) to fill in-between the slabs. The next day, I made sure to trim excessive foam away and make a recessed area. Would RecommendThis product was used to seal a spot where water seeps into our basement. We put a first coating on. It mixed easily and we applied it to the wall. It took about a day to dry before we could apply the second coat. So far it has kept the water out!

Still leaks but hardens even in water.
Would Not RecommendI used it and still had leaks. I bought more and applied it and still have leaks. Its not that the product doesn't work, it's that water finds a way to route around. *sigh* So we found measures to eliminate the water source and it stopped dripping. Problem solved.
