Cooks too hot

My daughter bought this crock pot for me as a Christmas gift in 2021. My first time using it April 2022 and I cooked a meal with Raw meat on LOW and within 4 hours the food was burnt and sticking to the sides and the digital display doesn't even work. I am not sure if I can even return it to where we purchased it so we are probably out the money we paid for it. So disappointed. I have several crock pots and was excited to get an upgraded version with a digital display.

Stoneware Broke after 3rd use

I had an old crockpot for years. It quit working, so my mom bought me this model for Christmas (2021). After the 3rd use, the entire bottom of the stoneware broke off from the sides. I am really disappointed in the quality of this product. I also can’t find the replacement stoneware that will fit my crockpot model, so now I have no slow cooker.

Nice Size

Very dissapointed in this product , The food cooks on high even on the low setting , It boils and sticks.

Ceramic Cracked

I’m very disappointed. We received this as a wedding shower gift a little over a year ago and have used it only about 10 times. The entire bottom ceramic basin completely cracked open and spilled liquid all over my counter top as it was cooking during the day. Not the best

Bought one last year, which was dented. Returned and replaced it with a second one. The second one lasted 6 uses and the ceramic pot cracked. My old crockpot lasted me 10+ years. They don't make them like they used to :(

Only 1 Temp - High

Purchased this about a year ago. Every time we have this Crock Pot, it only cooks at High even when using the lower settings. Cannot just set it and come back later because everything burns.

Not a great purchase

I purchased this crockpot September 2021 and today was only my 4th time using it. I was already disappointed with it because of how HOT it gets. It’s definitely not a low and slow cook. It burned 2 of the meals I prepared in it while not at home. I decided to use it today since I’m home and could keep an eye on it. About 45 minutes in I heard a loud pop. I went and checked and the stoneware had cracked all the way around, completely through. I’m so disappointed.

Burns Food

My husband bought this crockpot for me for Christmas, I used it tonight for the first time. After only 3 hours, recipe indicated should cook for 6, the contents were boiling, I turned it to warm until we ate dinner, 3.5 hours later when it was supposed to be done. Cracked countertop

I’ve always used crockpots with no issues prior to this one. After one use, we notice our countertop was cracked. We even had it placed on top of a thick, wooden cutting board. We will be returning.

Broke

I brought this crock pot last year. It is now broken.

I have used my crockpot twice and it cooks way too high. The first dish I made (on low) the cheese burned after 3 hours when it should have taken 6 hrs to cook. The whole dish was dry and burned. The second time I used it, the chili was boiling and where it should have taken 6 hours, I had to turn it to warm after 3. I don't dare leave the house when it is on.

Stoneware NOT dishwasher safe

We got this at our wedding shower as a gift. This cooked the 2 meals we made in it beautifully ! We loved it until we put the stoneware in the dishwasher. The paperwork and website says that the stoneware is dishwasher safe. We used this twice, handwashed it The first time and put it in the dishwasher the second time and now the coating on the the inside is pealing off! The stoneware is ruined! I'm very disappointed !

Just 13 Months Then Crock Cracked

Bought August 21, 2020. Tonight we did a pork roast. Ran it for 5hrs and shut it down. After a few hours, went to see if it had cooled down enough to transfer the pork to a container to go in the fridge, and there was a pool of the liquid all over the counter and everywhere… Crock had a hairline crack and had leaked all the way through. Do not buy this cooker!

I am a professional chef and I have worked with many small appliances. This cooker boils everything no matter if it is set on low or high. Even the warm setting is too hot. The lid is flimsy and too lightweight and the outer wall of the cooker will burn you. Even the heat adjustment buttons are hot to the touch. I do not recommend this product.

DO NOT BUY THIS CROCKPOT

I BOUGHT THIS CROCKPOT 2 MONTHS AGO TO REPLACE A SIMILAR CROCKPOT THAT I HAD OVER 10 YEARS BUT QUIT WORKING. I REALLY GOT MY MONIES WORTH BECAUSE I USED IT ALMOST EVERY WEEK IN THE SUMMER AND EVERY MONTH IN THE COOLER WEATHER. YESTERDAY WHILE IT WAS COOKING MEATLOAF I HEARD A CRACKING SOUND 2 TIMES. Timer has quit working!

I bought this Crockpot around a year ago + or - a few months. I am not exactly sure, but I have only used it maybe three times. I was happy until today. I pulled it out to use and to discover that the timer display is not coming on. I can set the warm, low, high, but no timer display. I paid way too much for this to work only three times. Very, very upset!!!! I cannot recommend this product at all!

Terrible Product

I bought this about 2 months ago and I am very disappointed. Everything I cook burns....the low setting does not work everything boils no matter what setting it is on. I always liked my older crock pot but it broke and so far I have purchased two new ones and both are no good... What should cook in 8 hours cooks in less than 4 so if I leave the pot unattended for any amount of time it will burn. What's the point of a crock pot if you have to watch it all the time may as well cook in the oven...

Temperature too high

I have had this crockpot for a year or so. Recently when cooking 8 hours on low everything burns. I decided I can no longer start things in the morning and leave it for the day. Today I tried setting it on low for a 6 hour recipe and it was boiling and done after 3 hours. I think the quality of the crock is great and easy to clean. Just disappointed in the temperature. The whole point is to be able to start before work and have ready for dinner, not burned and ordering carry out.

Expected more

I have always been a fan of using a crockpot. My previous pot lasted more then 10 years. This pot was not what i expected because i have had it for less than a year and i kept noticing that i would see burt liquid that seemed as if it was coming from the inner pot...on closer inspection i found that there was a crack all along the edge almost all the way around the entire bottom. Definetly not going to purchase this same crockpot again.

1st Time Used, Didn't Work

I bought this literally last week. Got it a few days ago. Washed the stoneware and the lid, let it dry, started to use it. Put my meal in, turned it on, thought I smelled burning plastic, but couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. I let be for a little while, went back and checked on it, and the unit was completely cold. I couldn't find any evidence of damage on the outside. I turned on and off, unplugged it and plugged it in somewhere else. It always came on, but never heated up again.
