Large crack formed in bottom of pot

Had it for several years suddenly I kept noticing food residue underneath the pot. Upon closer examination found a crack in the pot, roughly half the length of the bottom. I've never been rough with the product so no idea how such a crack would form.

"CRACKED"POT

The"crock" had a fine crack in it that wasn't visible. When I used it, the liquid leaked out all over my countertop, and more. I've used crockpots all my life and this has never happened before. It's only 6 months old. I see where this has happened to others. Obviously, I can't recommend this. I'm finding it difficult on this site, to request an undamaged replacement. This has been a nightmare!

Crock has cracked again

This is the 3rd crock pot of this model and every one has cracked and deemed usable! I love the bigger size but obviously there is some type problem with the craftsmanship!

poor design of pot

purchased Crock Pot 6 months ago, used twice and noticed or thought it had boiled over, liquid on bottom had burned. Used again and same thing happened, thought well too much in unit and had boiled over. Nope on third time same thing happened and found the stone pot thing had cracked - leaked liquid out onto burner thing. Crock pot is now useless. If I had read reviews before buying I would not have bought it. Why didnt Crock pot recall when then knew they had a problem.

Worried about no power light

I’m not sure about this product, as I am using it for the first time now after owning it for over a year. The power light does not light, so I can’t be sure it is actually working, although the timer and select displays are working. After reading the reviews I’m very worried about this crockpot and the nice pork roast inside. If the power light is not on but other displays are working and time is running, should it be ok? Not happy

I bought this crock pot in June. I use it on a weekly basis. I did notice what looked like a crack in the bottom but it was on the under side not on the inside. So I thought I was ok. It cracked thie past weekend so less than 6 months since I bought it. I have 2 Crock-Pot from 1997 I still use, and have gone through 4 of the oval crock pots in the last 10 years. I really like the oval size just wish they lasted.

It stopped working in less than a year where it was used sparingly.

Not worth the money.

I bought this a 2-3 months ago. Used it approximately 10 times. We made a pot of chili and noticed a leak with a slight burnt smell. Removed the chili and found this.

Disappointing

I received this crocpkpot as a Christmas gift 9 months ago. I use it at least twice a month. I cooked a pork tenderloin in it today. After removing the disposable cooking liner, I pulled the bowl out and it broke into 2 pieces just like one of the other reviews. I have used slow cookers my entire adult life and have NEVER seen this happen before.

Brand disappointment

Bought this a couple of years ago. A crack developed and I started to use liners since the device is not that old. Now I noticed the crack is getting worse and it does not cook evenly. My last crockpot was good for 10 years. Only reason I replaced it was I could not get a replacement stoneware for it.

Terrible

Just purchased this, went to use it today and my kitchen filled up with smoke, still trying to get rid of the smell. Will be returning it.

Works as advertised I like the timer

I bought this about eight months ago it has worked flawlessly in that time, the only issue I have run across is the stoneware I'm not sure how and when but it cracked, so I called the one 800 number and the gentleman I spoke with was kind and considerate without having to explain or argue he is sending me out a replacement. This is the first time I have had to warranty or replace any part through crock pot and I have used them all my life thank you again

Perfect !

I actually received this from Influenster! I love it! I gave my old instant pot to my brother which was smaller than this one. I can cook anything in this large instant pot! It’s easy to clean and use on a regular basis.

Bought this item in 2022. The main issue is that it only cooks on high. Low and warm are way too hot, burns everything.

Great! But My stone wear is cracked.

I love how big this crock pot is but my stoneware cracked and I cannot find a replacement for it on any of the websites. I only see 6 quart ones.

Would not recommend at all

Purchased January 28, 2024, used it twice successfully, the third use on February 26, 2024 the pot cracked and broke while it was cooking on low.

Horrible

I have used Mt unit less than three times and now the unit isn't working. Lights are flashing but will not do anything else. Paid another for this and now I can't use. Horrible. Should of bought a classic

Reliable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Crock Pot as a gift in 2015. I love it and have had it for 9 years! I just noticed a crack in the stoneware but I believe that happened when my husband used it at work. I am sad to replace it but it was such a great appliance. I am not sure if they have changed the quality of their appliances since 2015 because the other reviews are pretty bad. I had to leave this review because I only have great things to say about my CrockPot!...

Do not buy! Fire hazard!

I bought this about 2 years ago.. everything was fine until this week! I put my ingredients for soup in the pot (nothing was cold), turned it on.. and within an hour smoke was billowing out of it. The pot developed the same crack as everyone else here is showing and the soup was pouring into the base and out the bottom. Shortly after removing the crock.. the entire bottom broke off!

Bad crock

I’ve had crockpots for years and never had any issues until they finally died and needed replaced. I purchased this one and idk if it’s because it gets so hot or if it’s a bad quality of crock but we made chili and I couldn’t figure out why there was spillage in the bottom of the cooker. I washed the crock and it’s literally cracked all the way around the bottom and up to the top. So disappointing.
