Great size and easy to use.

I have had Crock Pots for years; This Pot is the best size for families. Yes, the pot does get hot but most of them do. This item is easy to use, and cleanup is a breeze. Controls are easy to use where you are able to set your temperature and time as it counts down. I love this one.

Very disappointed.

I got this crockpot because of the size. I have only used it twice and the stoneware cracked. It sounded like two huge pops and the roast went everywhere. VERY Disappointed.

Durable and reliable

Solid slow cooker super reliable does what it needs to do no qualms about it. Has solid settings a good capacity, you can always under fill it if you are cooking for two.

Amazing crockpot

The amount of things you can do with this crockpot is amazing, very durable, and cleaning is a breeze. The performance is top notch, and the amount of food I can put in this crockpot is incredible!

Cracked pot

Bought this crockpot 3 months ago and have only used it 4 times. The pot is cracked and is leaking. Super disappointed because I like everything else about it. Would not recommend buying it as I now see many reviews stating the same problem.

Don’t buy!

I received this as Christmas gift and have used it less than 10 times. I used it today and noticed a lot of liquid strained out. I didn’t see until I went to clean the crock that there is a crack in it. The heating element looked like it was over heating from the leak in the crock. We’re very fortunate it didn’t start a fire when we were at work.

Great capacity and worked great until the ceramic inner portion cracked. Now it leaks and makes a mess inside the metal part.

Great for quick and easy meals

Love this crockpot! It is great for quick and easy meals. I often throw something in it in the morning before work and it is cooked perfectly by the time I get home! It is also super easy to clean and maintain. I have enjoyed it so much.

Pot cracked on 3rd use!

I bought about 5 months ago and have only used it 3 times. Today the pot cracked and I had liquid all over my counter and floor. Do not buy! Sorely disappointed! I will be switching brands. This is ridiculous

Danger - Do not buy this item

Used my 8-quart pot 3 times. Black surface on cook pot is coming off. Metal wall of heating section burned thru. Do not buy this product. Always followed instructions. Never put pot in dishwasher. Never used metal utensils. I don't get it.

Ceramic insert defective

Bought this unit eight months ago and have used it only about 8 times. The ceramic insert is defective; there is a hairline crack in the base, which has started to leak.

Not a Fan

I've had this crock pot for 2 years. I went to remove the stoneware after cooking a pot roast, and noticed there was burnt juice in the cooker and the stoneware had several cracks across the bottom. This is a replacement for a crock pot I had for 7 years, so having this one break after 2 years is so disappointing. Also, the stainless steel on the outside is rusting. Very disappointed in the quality.

Broke in the middle of cooking

I only had this crock pot for a year and I was in the middle of cooking my dinner and I heard a pop I looked around and didn’t discover until I went to clean it that I see a big piece broke. Thank god I had a liner so it did not leak.

Lid shattered

Bought this about 6 months ago have used it 4/5 times and today while at work the lid shattered. Was extremely pleased with it up until this point especially the timer and keep warm features.

Spacious and easy clean-up.

Very reliable, used 3x a week and has not failed me. Love that it’s programmable with a timer and spacious. Super easy to clean, just toss in dishwasher.

Cooks too fast

I bought this last fall and have only used it ~5 times. This pot over cooks everything! I have tried recommendations of using the high setting time listed on recipes on the low setting for this crock; still over cooked. I grew up with my mom always using Crock-Pot and even had a hand me down that I used all through college and loved it! I am extemely disappointed with this product and would not recommend to any of my family or friends. I will be donating.

Do Not Buy!

I thought I was buying a product from a reliable brand…..I was wrong. Same as other reviewers, my crock split all the way around and separated in half when I went to lift it out for cleaning way after we had dinner. Luckily I always use the liners when cooking, so our dinner was not contaminated and did not leak out. I had only used it about 10-15 times over the course of 2 years. It always boiled on the warm setting too which it shouldn’t.
