Decent stand out length. Tape is thin. Could use some blade protection on the first 12” like a Stanley tape. Fraction measurements and be difficult to differentiate. Also a bit noisy and “chattery” after retracted. Decent front end

Nice tape measure

This tape measure has a nice heavy tape so it has a good stand out. My favorite part of it is the blade which allows you to hook a board from any angle which is very nice if you are constantly loosing your connection with a regular blade. The number son the tape are overly large but make for a rapid rough measurement especially for older eyes. The only thing that I would have improved on is the tape blade lock. Like most tapes it is plastic but it is fairly smooth which causes the finger to slip...

Love this Tape Measure

This tape measure is great because the numbers are large (hate to admit, I am in need of that), the hook on the end is large and on both sides, the locking feature works great and the tape is nice and wide.

Solid build

Solid product that works well. Some unique features I liked are the bottom finger hold area. This lets you hold the tape out without actually needing to lock it. You will also see that the end of the tape has a small hole. Place a small mail here and it will hold in place for one person use on a long measure.

Helpful features to have

This tape measure has many helpful features such as; an end hook that can grip at all sides, a finger brake to protect fingers and the end hook, and a tether hole for when you are working in a high area.

Nice, rugged tape measure. Lacks fractional marks.

I’m always losing tape measures, so the more the merrier in my book. This one has a really sturdy and rugged feel to it. So Far All Good

This is a solid feeling tape measure, I have not dropped it yet but feel that it would hold up quite well. It has a pretty cool feature that I have not seen before and that is the finger slot to control the restriction of the tape. Based on my usage thus far I would recommend this tape to anyone looking for a good one.

Heavy Duty and Quality Construction

Very well made, very durable. It is a little heavy but I associate that with the quality of the materials used to make it. Easy to read tape, thumb lock is easy to apply and it stays locked. Belt clip is a little stiff and takes some effort to clip to a belt, but it won't easily fall off once you get it clipped.

I didn't think a tape measure could be improved

Great features in this tape measure, specifically the ergonomically designed space in the bottom to "brake" or slow the tape with your finger while holding, and the slot to attach a leash. I am really impressed with these innovative features. Some tapes have gimmicky brakes that do not work well, or get sawdust in them and slip, this just skips all of that and lets you control it easily when holding it, and keeps the "traditional" slide brake when you really want it to stay (without having to ...

Awesome Tape Measure

This is an awesome tape measure and a welcomed addition to my tool set. It’s very easy to use for the DIY person who tends to go it alone. The extra wide 1-3/16” blade and large easy to read numbers help attain accurate measurements without the need for reading glasses which is a plus for these aging eyes. Just Ok

First, let’s start with what I like about this tape measure. I like the big, bold numbers and fraction marks not because I’m visually impaired, but because it increases speed when making marks for measurements if you don’t have to get right down on top of the thing to count the marks. I also like the capability of the tape to extend out to 25 feet. This tape measure is made in China under the Apex Tool Group LLC. It has larger numbers than most other brands, Finger tip control, 3x more durability. Good performance!

This is a smooth performer. Lufkin is not my favorite brand; their tapes tend to develop what I call the “Lufkin lag”. From my past experience, once a tape is put into service, the return spring begins to lag and won’t retract the blade properly. So far, everything is still running smooth. Favorite tapes

Lufkin tapes have been my favorite for quite some time now, as you can see in the pictures below I have had one for over the year that I use daily in construction. They seem to hold up well and are also very easy to read. This new tape will easily do 11-ft stand out and also has a finger control instead of locking the tape when measuring. Too wide and poor fraction markings

Lots of nice features, like the tether holes and the hole on the bottom for control of the tape without using the lock using the thumb. Big hooks on the tape end for reaching out and snagging the end of a piece of lumber. Also nice large numbers for the inches and that's the end of my positive praise. Heavy duty tape measure

What I noticed first hand is that this tape measure had the anti-pinch fingertip control feature. That alone sold me. I also love the protected lock button and the protective blade coating with the soft outer grip. It also feels very heavy duty just from my holding it and using it for the first time.

Nice tape measurer

This thing has some nice features. The finger stop is something I have never had on a tape measurer and I really like it. It makes it easier to pull out when you aren’t hooking it on something. I also like how the lock is designed so you don’t accidentally bump it. Overall I really like it and it has very large easy to read numbers!

Didn't know what I was missing!

As tape measures go, this is a good one. Nothing mind blowing but the small details add up to make it easily my best tape. I will be purchasing more of this model in different lengths. Two features that stand out. 1. Fingertip cutout for precise control (pictured) 2. When you lock out the tape and later bring it back in it auto stops 1 inch out so you don't slam the end of the tape into the frame which will make this tape last much longer. Excellent.

Great Tape Measure!!

This tape measure worked out great. It is sturdy and has easy to read numbers. The lock feature was awesome it made it easy to handle with one hand. I was a ble measure distances up to 20 feet without the tape twisting.

As Advertised

Unlike my youthful days, my use of tape measures have declined. However, in the past, this tape measure would have made my days much easier. As advertised, the measuring tape does remain solid when extending...a major plus. The 360 degree hinge makes meaning from all angles possible. The anti-pinch technology is nice. How many blood-blisters this would have saved me over the years. I would recommend this tape measure.
