Would RecommendOf course, out of five screws, one was badly rusted and rounded. This attached a broken Draft Inducer Motor on my gas furnace. I was quoted $1400.00 for this repair and told the HVAC tech I would replace the motor myself. What a relief when the 5/16" extractor worked.
Works great on rounded off bolt/screws
Would RecommendCrescent Bolt Biter extractor bits work great at removing rounded off/stripped out bolts and screws. This set offers a good variety of sizes. They came in very handy when I needed to repair our dryer that had rounded off 1/4” head screws.

Would RecommendThis is an incredibly hand set to have. Having tried other bolt extractors in the past, I am very impressed with the quality and durability of these. Fits my impact gun beautifully. Grips any nut or bolt I can throw at at. Love that I can both remove and tighten the damaged fasteners. Give these a shot, you won’t be disappointed!
Will not slip off the screw head
Would RecommendAll too often hex bits will slip on the screwed and round it off making extraction difficult. These bits will stay on with no problem. Used it to remove and install a number of screws and not an issue with any of them.

Would RecommendI am no bolt or screw expert, just love DIY projects. A flat head thread bolt was stuck in a piece of wood. Both the outer edge of the bolt and thread had been stripped. I thought one of these bolt extractors would be just the thing not to ruin the wood removing the bolt. I don't believe these extractors aren’t for every type of bolt or fastener. Would RecommendNever fails that you get a tool you need, then you dont run into the problem again to use said tool. I will follow up with a Video as soon as I run into one of those pesky Nuts that's all goobered up. I did add some photos to show the how the Extractors are made.

Would RecommendThese are a great quality product worth the purchase. you wont have any trouble getting out whatever bolts needed with these extractors. no stripping of any sort and i have used multiple times

Would RecommendHad a 1/4 inch bolt that had the corners rounded by someone careless with an adjustable. The 7/17 impact did a decent job helping to loosen the damaged bolt. These are useful for the small bolts they are designed for.
