I just received this product and had high hopes. Right away the led read out only showed half the info then it would switch to different languages. Totally useless junk. So much for quality from Charbroil and their Chinese partners.

Char Broil Digital Probe Meat Thermometer

The Char Broil is a well thought out design. It fits naturally in your hand, the probe itself folders easily and neatly into the probe body. The many temperature selections make getting the meat properly and safely cooked an easy goal to accomplish. The prob audiably lets your know when the right temperature has been teaches. An excellent product, I would not want to be without it. Nothing that compares is available

Never realized how much I needed this

I won't grill anything without it for now on. This works extremely well. It has multiple temperature alarms for whatever it is that I am cooking. Also allows for one user determined temperature. This is excellent for setting up for different doneness for red meats. The display is clear and back-lit red and provides temperature almost instantly. I will never under or overcook anything ever again.

Great thermometer

Several different types of meat with rare/medium rare/medium/well done settings also has a user setting. Works great.

Grilling thermometer

I smoke a lot of meats and use a more expensive device. I loaned mine out and this one worked great in a pinch. Use it all the time now.

Love this thermometer, reads quickly and I like that I can have my customizable temp and it also give you different temps for doneness

Our scout troop uses then for chicken BBQs, and they are excellent. Quick reading over a hot fire plus the beep helps when smoke is in your eyes.

This thermometer is useless

The lowest reading is to high for rare or medium rare beef or lamb or even some pork.

VERY IMPRESSED

Gave a very accurate reading in just 1 to 2 seconds. Love this meat thermometer. Did not want to pay the price for it at first but now, since using it, I know it is worth the money spent. Would buy again. Thank you Lowes!!!!!!!!!!!
