Really no complaints. Has all the features we needed. In the year we have had it there have been no problems. Wish we had not put it next to our bedroom.

Great value for size

I got this unit for my guest house that is 400 sq ft and it runs the complete house on11kw .

Very good machine

I have had this generator for about 8 months now, haven't had to use it yet but it runs weekly for test. Very good and transfer switch worked perfectly in test. Good instructions and not too hard to hook up.

Only needed this product 3 times this year but was a great relief to know it was there and worked perfect.

great product, very dependable

Unit is pretty much self sufficient. Self tests, and starts automatically when we have a power outage. Sips fuel! We run it, and heat with propane, and have noticed little change in our usage. In 6 months the unit has kept the lights on, automatically for 17 hours. Just what we hoped for!

Love the unit and the security it brings

Within two days of finishing the installation and changing the oil for cold climate, the power went off for over two hours. The unit fired up within less than a minute, ran for the outage duration and shut down seamlessly. All I can say is what a wonderful investment!!

Great Generator

Bought this last September. We have had one short outage This 11k unit started right up,powered everything in the house no problem. It self tests every 2 weeks for 10 minutes. It is a little louder than i thought it would be but it's on the side of the house and no neighbors at all...Love it

very happy with purchase and installation

rca electric was a great team and did a wonderful installation for me.... the equipment has been running flawlessly ever since the installation and the one time we lost electricity the generator kicked in and we were fine until the power was restores d.

As Advertised

Our power has gone out 3 or 4 times over the last 6 months since we had the generator installed and it has performed as advertised. It is a nice feeling when the power goes out to know we are not going to be sitting in the dark in a cold house.

Confidence with Generac

Love my Generac generator! It is so wonderful to know that if power goes out, the transfer switch automatically starts the generator and I am not without power at all. No fussing, switching, etc. I came home the other day and my generator was running! I don't know how long the power had been out, but my home was toasty warm, everything was running, it was great! Can't say enough good about it.

Extremely satisfied!

I have owned the Generac 11KW generator for just over 1 year now. It has performed flawlessly several times when the power went out. Provides all the power we need. It runs each week right on schedule as programmed to stay in shape. Last month I had the annual maintenance performed by the company that installed it; very reasonable! I'd highly recommend this generator!

Fantastic Package

Purchased the 11kw generator with 12 circuit transfer switch. All components nicely packaged and labeled. I was able to install and connect myself as the homeowner. I also added the cold weather package. My only regret is that I didn't purchase a standby generator 15 years ago!

It has been many years of wanting to purchase a generator. Finally, after many power outages, we decided to purchase the Generac!. Happy with the product! I have to say we have not had an outage, since we had it installed in August, but we are glad to have the security of knowing when we need it, we will have power! Had a construction accident next door that required shutting our power off...Generac fired right up and forced contractor to plan 'B.' That should have been plan 'A!' Better than a pull start

Over the years I have had many pull start generators so this automatic home model is a real step up. It tests exactly on time and runs well each week. I hope I can get 25 years of use out of it.

great piece of mind

Such piece of mind to know that all of our appliances will continue to run when the power goes out. At 74 years of age, I no longer have to hand bale the sump pumps during power outages, and no fear of falling do to lack of lighting. Thank you so much

Very satisfied with new installation

I had this generator installed only quite recently, but so far am very satisfied with its performance and features. Upon final installation, the product was tested by shutting down electrical power for a few minutes. When the power was shut off, I noticed only a flicker of the lights in my house before the generator took over -- virtually seamless. I'm also happy with the package I elected, which ordinarily requires no monitoring or other intervention by me.
