Product dependable

I have found the Generac to be very reliable as I have lost power twice since installation and am very pleased with the way if works. Im also happy with the looks of it as we live in a water community and it looks like a dock box in our yard. I would recommend it to everyone.

This product looks really good

I would love to comment and review this generator but unfortunately I can't get any of the installers to install it in this city because I didn't buy it from them.

Battery light on despite changing

HI GUYS The yellow light came on after the last blackout, and your book says that after checking connections,change battery. I did this and $115 later the yellow light is still on. Why? Otherwise, the unit still starts right up and has given us power through several power losses. Thanks!!!

Excellent product

Just follow directions and activate. Easy install. Everything works well in AUTO and self test to boot.

This is a high quality product.

Unit installed approximately 3 months. In that period no outages have occurred. Consequently the unit has not operated other than a 4 hour break-in period and it performed perfectly at that time. Unit powers up and runs for approximately 12 minutes each week as a test start.

11 kw generac generator

Our 11kw generator was hooked up on a Wednesday and we lost the power for 6 hours the next day. The temperature was minus 21 degrees in Beaver Cove, Me. We love our GENERAC. It gives us peace of mind knowing we have power when our others goes out.

Runs very well

We experienced a power outage about two months ago for two hours. All of our household appliances and televisions worked continuously without waiting. The power started immediate with our 11kw Generac generator. Very pleased with the product. My only issue with the product is no GFI plug available.

Have not had power go out yet, but I'm confident the generator will do a great job whenever that happens.

I have installed 2 gen sets with 13 circuit transfer switches and this one I installed a hole house transfer switch definitely the way to go with minimal electrical knowledge it was easy

The product seems well constructed. I had no problems following the installation manual and found several video's online. The only complaint I have would be for the price of the cold temperature kit. Due to the extraordinary price for a battery warmer and an oil filter warmer I purchased these items from different vendors.
